We’ve been coming to Jolie Ville every year for some time now, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. This hotel continues to impress not just with its beautiful setting, but with the exceptional service that truly showcases Egyptian hospitality. The staff here truly make the experience unforgettable. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, always greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. A special mention has to go to Mahmoud in the restaurant. He provides thoughtful service with such genuine care and attention. His kindness really elevates the dining experience. We’d also like to thank Ahmed at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. He took the time to assist with any request and make sure we were comfortable throughout our time here. It’s rare to find such a consistently high level of service, and we really appreciate it. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!

Everything was great

We recently spent 3 nights at this stunning 5-star hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and while everything was nearly perfect, there was a small issue during our stay that left me feeling disappointed. However, what followed truly redefined what world-class hospitality means. The hotel GM as well Mr. Amr Abbas' reactions were beyond anything we could have expected. They didn’t just fix the issue—they went miles further. Their empathy, sincerity, and dedication to making things right were absolutely remarkable. It wasn’t just a gesture; it was a masterclass in how to turn a dissatisfied guest into a loyal, lifelong fan. They personally followed up with us, made us feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. Every step they took was thoughtful and tailored to restore our trust and elevate our experience. A 5-star hotel becomes truly unforgettable when its people care deeply. This managerial team deserve more than just praise—they deserve recognition. I can say, without hesitation, that their service was nothing short of extraordinary. Thank you again for making our stay memorable for all the right reasons. We’ll be back—not just for the beach, the comfort, or the beauty—but for the way we were made to feel respected, and at home.

This is the 5th time we have stayed here within a year! The facilities are excellent , the food is fabulous , the rooms in the sports area where we stayed have been recently renovated to a very high standard and are spotlessly clean. Brand new ! very effective air conditioning kept us cool at night . The gardens are pristine , as are both pools . On arrival , as usual, a bowl of fruit and cakes , bath robes and slippers waiting for us., along with the usual water etc . The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel delivered a cake to my son for his 21st birthday which was lovely! The Italian restaurant in the grounds had gorgeous food and the staff there were fantastic! The beef carpaccio is phenomenal ! We are breakfast at both the beach side and the sports area . Both are excellent with great choices but actually we prefer the sport side as it is very close to our room and slightly quieter for us. We didn't get the chance to try the spa as we are out for most of the day diving but I would really loved to try it! We really wouldn't want to go anywhere else now and will be going again in a few months time!

Didn't like having to leave after just one week !

The staff were amazing. They work so hard. We saw the beach staff regularly rushed off their feet with rude guests, they smiled and got on with their job in a professional manner. Particular staff who were always kind, friendly and helpful were Karim Faraq, Abdullah Muhammad (beach bar) and Sameh. All the staff at the Lebanese restaurant during the day worked really hard too. No air conditioning for anyone at the beach and they still remained professional throughout. The gentleman who did our room 808, was always so cheery and helpful and would always say hello. The room was immaculate every day. Went to the spa a few times and felt comfortable and looked after.

The hotel is a little dated. Having been to Egypt a number of times over the years, we could tell there are some areas which may not have been updated in the last 20 years. However - this makes sense after the terrible state of the tourist industry over the past few years. You can tell the areas which have been updated, including our room, which was lovely. The staff and beach more than made up for the tired areas.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, the location of the hotel is in Naama Bay Beach, there are shopping stores, cafes and beaches around the hotel, it is right in the center, the location is very nice, the hotel has a very beautiful beach right by the beach, the pool and rooms are very nice, I stayed in the sport area deluxe section, all I stayed in exclusive accommodation, drinks are used as local drinks. Normally I only drink important drinks, but I was not bothered by local drinks and drank them with pleasure. The pool is nice and has 3 slides. The hotel has food and drink all day long. I was very pleased during my stay at the hotel. The staff do their best to make you happy. They do their best, they are very helpful, Ms. Katerine, the guest relations manager, is a very good person. She loves her job and helps you in every way to make your holiday go well, as does the general manager of the hotel, and thanks to these people, your holiday is much more meaningful and beautiful. All the staff are very helpful and everything. Thank you for your stay, you can easily stay in this hotel.

The resort is huge, and all its facilities look like they’re brand new and well maintained. The vibes overall, were great. The music, the atmosphere, you name it. We loved the rooms, and the fact that the team very kindly offered us rooms that fit our needs at no additional cost. I will say that the images on booking don’t really reflect the actual rooms - in reality, they’re much more modern, so the pictures don’t really do them justice. The entire staff is extremely friendly, so polite, and we absolutely loved everything about our visit. Special thanks to Katerina from guest relations who managed everything seamlessly for us. from the moment we checked in Kat made sure to check on us and to support with whatever we needed. The location is right next to souq, so you had very close access to souvenir shops and restaurants. This was our first time in Egypt and we will for sure be coming back to this resort.

Everything was great!!! Staff were so kind and friendly. Food was amazing, several options and so delicious 😋. The beach and the pool were awesome. Sea was very clean, you can see the beautiful and colorful fishes even without going to diving. The room was modern, comfy and beautiful. Choose the rooms with balconys, they’re great for morning and evening chills. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to go back home. The whole area was very beautiful, green and clean. We enjoyed every steps there. Thanks a lot for those unforgettable memories we made there. We’ll definitely come back as soon as possible 😍

The resort is big, well decorated, nice gardening and lovely views. We stayed at the Front Preferred area after getting an upgrade from Ahmed when checking in. We loved the room, it is very modern, the bed is super comfortable and more than enough toiletries available. We booked to stay at the Palm area, which is a bit of a walk to the pool, restaurant and beach, so, you want to stay closer to the mais area, book the Preferred Fromt Area. The food was good... our favourite was the Beach BBQ. Every evening, you have a different style on the menu. Beach area was big, lots of places to sit and enjoy your day. Hotel is located just beside Naama Bay main street with shops and restaurants. Around 20 min from the airport. I want to say a special thank you to all the staff who were exceptionally helpful when I mentioned I lost my cellphone. They immediately checked cameras, made all staff aware and kept looking for it until I found the phone. THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE.

Not much to dislike at this resort. I would say I didn't like much the alcohol options on the all inclusive package, drinks were a bit warm, apart from the beer. White wine tastes good! One thing I would point out as improvement is the toilets at the Seagull pub. It's the only toilet close to the restaurant and beach, so it needs a bit of extra care during the day.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Everything about the hotel was just perfect — the room, the amenities, the atmosphere. But the highlight of our experience was Katerina, the guest relation. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right for us. You can really tell she cares about the guests and loves what she does. Thanks to her, our stay was even more special. Highly recommend this place!"

The room was amazing, recently renovated, exceptionally clean, spacious, 2 balconies, fantastic bathroom, dressing gowns and slippers provided. The manager Katerina was so helpful she made sure we had everything we wanted, were had a plate of fruit and a cake with managers compliments. All of the staff went out of their way to look after us. The dining room staff especially. Food was varied, different themed night each week. Always good plentiful and tasty. It was nice to have the beach divided into a quiet area and activity area. Both the pool in the main complex (heated with water slides) and the one across the road, very quiet, in the sports area were lovely. We didn’t go to the casino so cannot comment on that.

It would have been nice to be able to get wine at the bars not just in the dining hall at meal time. The only bar open after sunset was the main one where all the activity and entertainment took place. It was always very busy with loud music and a lot of children running around. A separate adults only bar in a quiet area preferably with wine would have been very much appreciated.
