I travelled with friends and we had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Great location, close to Recoleta and Soho District. It has 24 h front desk with very kind and helpful staff that speaks English. One of the staff member helped me find my passport, she made several phone calls to the airports and gave me detailed instructions how to pick it up! They also prepared breakfast for 4 am for our group, arranged for a taxi and stored our luggage. I was extremely happy with my stay and strongly recommend this hotel!

The bathrooms could be a little more updated.

Location is a great asset of this hotel. There are stores, restaurant, laundry place is just steps away. The biggest asset is its staff. They are very welcoming, helpful. The owner of this property is lucky to have such a wonderful team. The breakfast is served until 10.30 which is fantastic if you do not like to wake up early.

The air conditioning worked well and the beds and pillows were comfortable! And the 24/7 desk was great since we got in late.

We had one weird thing where the cleaners didn’t clean the room because they said that we had cash on the nightstand, but we didn’t. We were okay with them not cleaning, but they left the door ajar! Luckily nothing was stolen, but we were so confused when we returned.

Good location in a safe neighborhood, close to the subway and area with cafes and restaurants. Tasty breakfast with different pastries, fruit, cold cuts and also freshly prepared eggs on request. We were given adapters to use during our stay. Good value for money.

We were told that the jacuzzi/spa facilities were not open, but we did not mind anyway.

The staff were very nice and friendly and always looking to assist when they can. Bed was very comfortable and the street was very quiet.

Not much light from the windows and the bathroom was very small. Probably could have had a better room. Coffee could be better, breakfast was enough but could have more variety and quality. Sauna could be hotter

Spent a night between flights so did not really get to experience the hotel or area. Had a family / triple room which was huge. Two bedrooms (one twin and one double) with a seating area and bathroom. Also a microwave and kettle. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

There were some marks on the duvet so not sure if the cover had been washed. The curtains did not have lining or blockout so the room was not dark at night.

Incredible value for money: spa use included, safe and easy to reach neighborhood, amazing breakfast with mostly homemade food! The rooms are rather basic but have everything you might need. Very nice and kind staff, special thanks to Melanie on reception who was simply amazing. We recommend.

Breakfast had plenty of variety. No limit on how much you could eat. Included fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. Netflix on the TV. Nice dining area. Funky purple decorations which I loved. Handy to parks restaurants and a short Uber rude to the airport.

Excellent location close to the shopping areas and posh Palermo Viajo neighborhood. Great hospitality with excellent English.

A bit old and small building. A single room was a bit small with my big suitcase.

Excellent location in Palermo, with everything you need nearby, just one block away from Santa Fe street. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection including pastries, fresh fruit and eggs. Beds were comfy and it wasn't too noisy.

The hot tub wasn't very hot but the sauna was lovely, and it's nice to be able to book it so it's private.
