The room was clean, neat and just the right size. Dinner at the bar was amazing as was the happy hour service. Even received a strawberry on request for my Prosecco.

The only downside was the long life milk in the fridge had already been opened when I went to make a cup of tea.

The location was A+! Directly opposite the Noreuil Park & river. Short drive to the Botanic Gardens, Dean Street & Wodonga. The Motel was lovely & clean. Very quiet (apart from kids running up the halls) The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in. Room was spacious. Air Conditioner worked very well. Shower was great. TV was a great size.

The lounge had a massive amount of dust when you took the back cushions off - the lounge is brown, but the dust turned it grey behind the cushions. The fridge wasn't overly cold. We only used the Motel pool once as there was no shade - 4 large umbrellas in the pool yard & they were all broken. Wasn't going to swim when 38⁰ with no shade at all.

Our apartment was well equipped and quite large - easily accommodating 3 adults. The apartment was cleaned whenever we wanted it to be with additional towels supplied whenever we asked. The facilities at the hotel were excellent with a sauna, swimming pool and gym area. The staff were super friendly and helpful The location for us was excellent with only a five minutes walk to the Murray River and ten minutes into the town centre. We look forward to visiting in the future.

Everything was exceptional ! We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for our stay on the way to Melbourne from Sydney and had to stay on our way back! The staff were amazing. The restaurant was closed on the way there but was opened on the way back and absolutely worth eating there ! So delicious and flavoursome. JON, WOW! Great service and such a lovely man to talk to. Made the kids feel happy with the ice cream and was just so accommodating. Beds are 10/10 confort ! Spacious rooms as well for an inn!

Honestly, other than it being an old elevator and maybe a few more items needed in the gym, I wouldn't even call that an issue though.

This was our third stay at this motel and the room and all facilities were as we expected although beginning to show some wear and tear (the lift was out of order).

The Restaurant was closed. We booked on the strength of previous stays and we were advised the restaurant was closed after the booking was made and we were already on the road. The reason given for the restaurant, including the breakfast facility being closed (during peak holiday season) was "staff burnout". Is that over-work due to poor staff management or a bad case of the tail wagging the dog through a demand for time off during peak business? The situation was also blamed on a change of attitude by kitchen staff since COVID???

Large room with a balcony facing some greenery. Very comfortable bed. The fridge was in a cupboard which means you couldn't hear it, nice selection of tea and coffee too. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Nice pool to cool down in.

The plumbing was a bit loud, I appreciate this is hard to get away from with multiple rooms so this wouldn't put me off staying there again. A few more chairs in the pool area would be good as it is a lovely large space but when it got a bit busier there weren't many chairs to share, again, wouldn't put me off staying here, just a suggestion!

My studio room was generous in size and well furnished with table, sofa, coffee table and desk . The on site restaurant served a very good fish meal and the wait staff were good humoured and caring - I was asked whether I would like quick service of my dessert or a delay between courses. This is a rare courtesy. Lift access to the residential floors was good, as the ground floor is set aside principally for carparking. The location was quiet at night.

The studio apartment block was some distance from reception with a laneway between. The lifts were accessed through a very utilitarian carpark.

Staff were very friendly and very informative upon arrival. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very generous with size. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE.

Improvements need to be made within the bathroom. There was no extraction fan at all which then caused the steam from the shower to fill the room. It was like standing in a snow blizzard. If this isn’t rectified, it will only cause damage to the bathroom. The floor tiles which incorporated the shower were a little slippery when wet. Not sure if this is relevant to all rooms but as we had a kitchenette, small sign above sink stating that if we didn’t do the dishes used we would be charged $40. We didn’t mind cleaning up after ourselves but suggest to make sign bigger and list on relevant web sites where property is advertised.

Wonderful location across from Noreuil Park and Oddies Creek Playground - our toddlers loved this playground! The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the outlook from the balcony was lovely. Our stay was quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to town. The spa pool was really nice, and room service was fantastic - our dinner meals were excellent, really good to have such an easy yet tasty option when holidaying with two toddlers.

2 Brm apartment in main building was spacious and well equipped with ample linen and amenities. Room 16 overlooked a green parking area at rear of Church of Latterday Saints church but was empty on Sunday afternoon.

Walk in shower is disasterous design and spills water everywhere so have plenty of towels available to mop up the flooding floor. Carpet near bathroom entrance had been damaged by prior flooding. No compendium or information about motel in the room or on tv. Guy in reception Sunday afternoon had the music up so loud I couldn't hear what he said. Lady in reception Monday was dismissive of shower problem and said "It's an old place and the bathrooms previously had showers over baths and people couldn't climb in".
