Location in the city centre! Swimming pool is big and has sections according to depth. Dinner is excellent for the variety and tastiness of the meals. Frigobar comes with various items including beer, water, sodas, guarana, etc. as well as chips, biscuits, chocolates, etc. The fares for the "diaria" are cheaper than the other properties in the area. The "tobogan" in the pool is wonderful!

Prices for beverages are more expensive than in the other similar hotels in the city. Additional maintenance is necessary inside the rooms as the light on the light table does not turn on from the knob and has to be unplugged and plugged in and the other way round. Besides, the handle of the bathroom door was out of adjustement.

So the staff amazing - I spoke to at least 4 different receptionists and they were all very attentive thoughtful and wanted to help. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a representative of a travel agency in the main hall and she too was very nice - we booked everything through her and the prices were competitive.

The elevator situation is difficult- the 3 elevators are slow and there’s always a queue in peak hours like breakfast, lunch and dinner. The structure is in need of a make over specially at the indoor pool area. But overall I would recommend this place.

The hotel is a little old but a very good one especially for family guests. Had a big and quiet room with comfortable beds and nice town view. The location is good and safe, the hotel pools offer good refreshment to the guests, its breakfast is excellent, its staff very friendly and helpful, they also offer good trip advises and services for taxi / Uber bookings. We enjoyed our stay there.

It was clean. Very nice. The staff was very friendly. It was near the things we wanted to do and few restaurants.

The elevators were small, even though it states it fits 8 people. If you have luggage or a huge group, I’d be mindful of this. Also, you need to use the key card to turn on the electricity in the room, including the outlets (if traveling in Brazil, this may be a common occurrence in other hotels) - make sure to charge portable battery packs overnight as you sleep.

the breakfast is awesome!!! it has pool for everyone, the kids pool, the big one is great and also you have one cover pool with hot water.. was so nice

I payed for dinner include but the drinks are not included :( and you need to order drink from the options that they provide, also the car park is not included you must pay for it

Great location with a yummy restaurante right next door and attentive and helpful staff. Really great breakfast. Walking distance from the maim shopping street. We had to check out hours before our bus left and the hotel let us leave our luggage in a safe place at the hotel.

Kinda run down, the energy in the rooms would flutter, the inter room phones didnt work and the elevator was small and slow and usually had a long wait.

The beds were extra large and comfortable (usually, the beda in Brazil are too hard for my taste, not here).

The service over WhatsApp was not as helpful as one would have hoped.

Very friendly staff, spaceous rooms, comfortable beds, decent buffets.

The only thing one could say is that the infrastructure is on the older side and showing its age here and there.
