The apartment room was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The bed was comfy. I didn't know there was a pool but next time I will stay there again and take my swimming costume. The staff were particularly cheerful and helpful.

The breakfast wasn't so great, the fruit was not ripe and there wasn't as much choice as other hotels we have stayed in but as we were in an apartment room, we bought food and had breakfast in our apartment which was a perfectly nice thing to do.

Great location and nice apartment. Big plus were washing machine and dryer. Good kitchen.

The sofa bed was terrible. Half of the bed there were wooden slats, half of it there were some elastic bands. It was not possible to sleep on it, I had to put the mattress on the carpet! The new sofas would be definitely needed to buy! Second small thing: We agreed not to have cleaned our apartment as we stayed only 3 nights, but the kitchen bin was very small and we did not have any other bags. It would be great to have more bin bags and be informed before where to put full bin bags. . But overall, very nice hotel and stay

Breakfast was fine and is help yourself so have as much as you like. Location was ideal for us as near to some of the sights we wanted to see. Car park is quite small but there is a public one close by, we were lucky and got into the hotel one Rooms are large and loads of space.

Did not like the fact that you could not eat in the restaurant during the evening so you had to go out. Also the bar was closed as the staff were all ill, which is not nice for them but it also impacted on our holiday too. We picked the place because it advertised the facilities so be prepared to go out each evening and I advise you to book where you want to eat.

It was really good being able to cook with full facilities including a dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer meant we were able to travel light The beds were comfortable with good linen The staff were brilliant - they were helpful and professional There is so much to see and do close by.Having a Lidl for shopping and a lovely Chinese restaurant made eating very easy

The kitchen was missing a few basics- oven gloves, chopping board and a measuring jug The lighting in the lounge was not great even with free standing lamps Spare blankets would have been useful though the heating was certainly good

Faduoa was VERY helpful to us when my husband reported his lost cellphone. On her day off, she actually dropped in to help with a money transfer, to repay the kind gentleman for returning the lost cellphone through courier service. (The person found the phone on a train heading out of Germany). It was a HUGE relief to receive that help in a country where we didn't speak the language and had no knowledge of the banking system. As well, when we checked in to the hotel, Faduoa advised us that grocery stores would be closed the next day (Sunday) and pointed out the nearest store to buy drinking water, etc. for our apartment kitchen. That was really useful info.

Just a small issue - the cleaning crew who dropped in a few times during our 7 night stay, could have taken away the recycling items we left on the kitchen counter. By the end of our stay, they were piling up. They left the bathroom light on several times - a waste of energy for the hotel. We always turned off all lights before leaving the apartment.

Excellent location just 5 mins to Lidl supermarket and the 200 bus. Also, justv15 mins walk to museum island, Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie etc. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Laura who was great. Very clean, spacious, light, great bathroom and kitchen and very secure. As the TV is in German language we asked for a Fire Stick so we could watch Prime and Netflix. Great balcony. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer was a handy edition. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. It did get busy and sometimes there were not enough tables and chairs to eat at, so you had to use the comfy chairs and low tables. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location - walking distance to checkpoint Charlie and the train / underground station. When we were there, there was a lot of road works outside, but we used the underground car park which was a good addition.

Excellent location. Professional helpful staff, each and every one we came into contact with. Spacious comfortable apartment that was well equipped, warm and cozy. The bed linen was superb and beds v comfortable.Very good value for money. I would recommend and stay again next time I visit Berlin

Temperature of the swimming pool on the cool side. The price for breakfast is a little steep but optional

Room was spacious with separate bedroom and balcony off the living area. Sofa was comfortable. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Window was able to be opened in the bedroom and lounge area to let in fresh air. Relatively close to most sightseeing and Lidl and Rossman stores close by. Bedside tables a good size with nice lamps. Room refresh every 3 days but you could ask for a clean every day. I would stay here again if I was ever in Berlin again.

The fridge door had to be lifted up to close it. The kettle lid fell off but was easily rejigged…but needs replacing. The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger. No room service, but downstairs has a buffet breakfast for a fee and happy hour.

We booked this hotel to have access to laundry in our room and still be close to everything. The hotel was clean and our room was spacious. We had everything we needed with the kitchenette and washer/dryer. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the U station but it's an easy walk and we always felt safe walking around during the day. Breakfast was very good and offered a large variety of food.

We enjoyed the pool although the water was quite cold.
