Very new, nice looking, clean and comfortable. 10 minutes to kurfusrstendamm, 7 minutes to metro adenauerplatz.nice personnel. We coocked for ourselves sometimes in a proper working kitchen. Supermarket and very good bakery (!) just across the street.

Nothing to say really. They are renovating the 5th floor (1st of may 2024), so ask for a room on the third floor or lower to avoid drilling noise. The renovation will be ready somewhere in the summer 2024.

Perfect location, renovated room, new kitchenette in the room, free coffee and tea all day in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, 24/7 reception, limited access for external persons to the hotel through a constantly locked front door.

Cleaning the room and changing towels is done once every 4 days! The hotel is under renovation - there is loud noise and many workers between 9:00 and 18:00, including on weekends.

We stayed in a studio apartment with some kitchen facilities for 8 nights. This was a great apartment for this length of stay and allowed us to self cater. There was no washing machine in the room, however the laundry facilities are in the building and secured with room keys so it was safe to leave the washing and return. The system did require booking a machine etc. so had to be little more organised with our timing, although we never had difficulty accessing a machine. The kitchen had sufficient utensils and cooking pans etc for our needs. There is a grocery store within about 10mins walking distance. Plenty of options for public transport and there was lots of it, we rarely had to wait long for a bus or train. 24 hour reception and we found the staff all very helpful. The neighbourhood is high end retail and restaurants, but this accommodation is not a 5 star luxury hotel, it was much more affordable and more than met our needs.

Room was very spacious, the kitchenette and barhroom as well. All very well equipped. Ktchenette with everything you may need, almost as in normal flat. Plus 24/7 access to coffee machine (with hot chocolate as well) and tea point next to reception. Overall, the standard was very good, space was esthetic and clean. It applies to the shared spaces as well. We have spent there 4 nights and it was a really pleasant experience. The staff was really nice and helpful, we left our luggage the last day for storage after check out without any problem. I would totally recommend staying there. Even though it is not the closest location to the most tourist attractions the public communication is nearby and its worth staying there. Nice bakery opposite the entrance on the other side of the street is a bonus :)

Convenient location for bus to sights, typically 20-25 minutes to main attractions, buses every 10 minutes. It was very easy to navigate with Google Maps. Being further out from the city centre saved a lot of money and we got a big room compared to city centre properties. Check in was a breeze. Room was spacious for 2 people, newly decorated, comfortable, quiet. Free hot drinks and filtered water in the lobby was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi isn't secure, so use a VPN! It was strong though, streamed Netflix no problem. Wi-Fi around the city is pretty good too, and free. We prefer to have a kitchen and cook a few meals, and this kitchen had everything we needed. The microwave combi had a grill function, no intructions though. The organic supermarket across the street is nice but pricey (no junk food). There's a discount grocery about 700m away. Burgermeister is across the street, excellent burgers/fries and shakes and it's open late. There is an excellent brunch spot next to the property. Not a touristy area. If you like shopping, Europa centre is very close -- long street with top brands, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The room size and ambience was just what we needed. Our flight was delayed so we arrived about 12am the next day and there was someone waiting to receive us at the reception. They had pre-filled the check-in form so I only had to sign and grab our keys. The room was very welcoming and I’m glad we did an upgrade. I really loved the little Kitchenet, it had everything in it. I also liked the tap downstairs where one could get free water, cold or room temperature. It really helped. Check out was easy-peasy too.

We opted for breakfast the first morning but I didn’t quite enjoy that. There were no scrambled eggs or bacon on the menu. There were also no English-speaking channels but there’s a chromecast feature. We also couldn’t pay for a late check out but we were told kindly.

The room is clean and complete with cooking essentials. I just hope that instead of dishwasher, they put a washing machine instead because if you are staying one or a couple you will only wash few dishes and you didn't exactly need a dishwasher.

They didn't have a cleaning essentials inside the room, like broom and a dust pan since free cleaning is only for a guest staying for a minimum of 6days. Though they will give you new towels and bed sheets if you will request.

Very comfortable, clean and stylish rooms equipped with everything you may need even for a long stay. The surrounding area is very beautiful and safe. A lot of shops and cafes. It is far away from the city center, so be aware if you’d like to live near the main attractions.

Very poor sound insulation, you can hear your neighbors, especially at night. And you could even hear the smell of your neighbors upstairs smoking in their kitchen hood…This spoiled the impression, the hotel should manage it somehow

The location was good for access to the Subway with links to all the art and history on our list. The access to very good coffee, on free vend, was an unexpected bonus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable

We stayed for 5 nights and felt that within that time we would've benefited from a change of towels! Don't mind making my own bed but still thought we may have had at least one visit from room service

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Free coffee and tea on the ground floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, right across from the bakery, 3 minutes away from the nearest bus stop, and 7 minutes away from the nearest metro station. Famous supermarket Rewe is 5 minutes away.

Hotel halls could be ventilated better, there wasn’t much air in them. Rooms are being cleaned only if you stay for 6+ nights, otherwise you have to pay it, 10.75€ per cleaning.
