The hotel is in a strategic position, near Potsdamer platz, in less than 10 minutes you can reach several S+U train stations. There is supermarket opposite the hotel and there are several restaurant or fast food near the hotel. We had two double rooms. The room are not so big, but they are functional, the forniture are quite new, all is well ordered and clean. The bathroom is well studied to ensure enouth space with big sink and a shower. The door can clise the bathroom or the toilet, well done. The hotel is next to a main road with traffic, but the when windows are close you cannot hear the traffic noise. the breakfast is a buffet, you can find quite everything you need, both sweet and salad, and it is open till 10. You have not a reserved table for the room so in the rush hour there is a lot of people, but we could fond always a table. The first day we cannot find the room for a fault in electricity, they arranged a night in another hotel near this. A small disruption recovered well.

The only weakness was in asking to pay for leaving luggages in a service room after checkout. This is the only hotel asking us for this.

Our stay at the hotel was marked by exceptional hospitality and professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the assistance provided during check-in by Mr. Mehmet. Despite an issue that arose due to our own oversight, he managed the situation with great professionalism and offered outstanding support. All staff members—from the reception to the breakfast service—performed their duties with excellence and courtesy. The breakfast was of high quality, featuring a diverse selection of items and consistently replenished stations, which contributed to a pleasant dining experience. The open market located in the reception area was well-stocked and convenient. Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent—situated near the city center with easy access to public transportation—making it an ideal choice for a long weekend getaway.

Best located hotel for the price! Walking distance from the most interesting things in the city: Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz (Christmas Market), Unter den Linded blvd., Brandenburg gate etc. We had a concert at Tempodrom and wow, it was so nice to get a 1h sleep before it, then get out of the hotel 30 minutes before the concert start, arrive there within 5 minutes, then back from the concert late at night again in 5 minutes. Excellent location! The beds were very good, the pillows as well, there was enough space, the bathroom was good enough, everything was as you would expect from Holiday Inn. Breakfast was just fine, a bit lacking actually but not a big problem.

Breakfast was missing the sausages & the omlettes. Only cold food and the eggs were only boiled. A bit unusual from a hotel in Germany, but it had everything else you'd need for breakfast so still ok.

The location is fantastic, easy access to public transport, walking distance to Postdamer Platz or Brandenburg Gate. Breakfast was very good, always fresh, though repetitive. A good variety of fresh bread, pastry, fruit. A bit problematic in finding a table between 9 and 10 in the morning as the dining area seems a bit small for such a big hotel. Peaceful place on a beautiful street. The staff was always supportive and nice.

The room was too small for a family of 3, with a large bed and a folding sofa cramped together and barely any place to move around without bumping into each other. No place to store suitcases or clothes. Just a very small doorless soldier closet, fit for one person. Maybe other rooms were larger but ours wasn t. It was, though, quiet, modern, spotless and it had a very nice view. At check in (early) our luggage was kindly stored free of charge but at check out we were charged 3 euro for storing our luggage until our departure to the airport.

The location is great. Just a short walk from both s&u bahn,also a walkable distance to the centre. The neighbourhood and the hotel itself was really quiet,no disturbing noises from the street. A small supermarket just across the street. Big selection for breakfast, although our kid missed pancakes...

We had a double room with a pull out/sofa bed for our child, there was hardly any space in the room for our suitcases, or shelves/drawers for our clothes... So we were quite cramped up (bumping into each other on our way to the bathroom for example). A small fridge would be very welcome!

I stayed here during the Berlin Half Marathon and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the parking facilities were very convenient. The hotel's proximity to the start line was perfect — just a short walk away. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. After the race, even though I had checked out earlier, the hotel kindly provided me with a room to freshen up and take a shower, which was greatly appreciated. I’ll be participating in the race again next year, and without a doubt, I’ll choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

No comments, everything was great!

Check-in was absolutely flawless and easy, with multilingual staff. The room was very clean and fresh, and there was little sound from throughout the building. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A twin was requested upon booking and this was accommodated without question. The room did have all the amenities required, including a kettle with hot drink sachets, uroning board, storage and hanging space with the bathroom including shower gel and shampoo. It is a nice touch that there are signs stating they can provide extra toiletries. The hotel is very central and only a few minutes walk from Anhalter bahnhof station. There is a Lidl and Edeka supermarket across the road which is very convenient. The breakfast food was fresh and the bread was warm as if just freshly baked.

The shower cubicle in the room (326) had an inward opening door. In order to get into the shower cubicle, you had to squeeze between the wall and the shower door. It seems like it was poorly designed and either a bifolding door or simply turning the door onto th other side would negate this. The breakfast room.was chaotic. Staff at check in advised to not go between 9am-10am, and there is a sign in the lift explaining this also. So clearly, this is a known issue. It created a bad atmosphere and other guests were becoming quite rude and aggressive in order to 'claim' tables. A suggestion would be that the buffet island be placed in the smaller section and allow for more tables.

the hotel is a short walk away from the anhalter bahnhof station where you can get the S1 to other major parts of the city, so this is a great location to stay in. there is also a lidl just a few minutes walk down the road. the reception staff were very friendly and check in was super quick and easy. the room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable, everything we needed was provided and if you needed any extras such as toothpaste then they can provide this at reception! the hotel itself was quiet, there was some noise outside in the morning from construction work but this can’t be helped

aircon can’t be set to cold during winter months and we stayed at the beginning of march when the weather was unexpectedly warm which meant our room became quite hot and stuffy. we did open the windows and this helped so it wasn’t too much of an issue, but cold aircon would’ve been lovely! the breakfast buffet was quite crowded so i gave it a miss, but this didn’t really bother me other than that our two night stay was perfect

Hotel has all necessary amenities. It is really close to Potsdamer Platz, however you should walk a little. Breakfast included in the stay is really worse it. Nothing luxury, but basic and tasty. We had regular room with the yard view, very silent. Near the hotel you will find some restaurants and grocery stores. Public transport around 5 min away. Bus near the hotel. I found the location great for the Berlin exploring. Furniture and rooms seems quit newly decorated, but hotel common areas not that fresh. But overall impression is that this hotel is money worse you pay for it. Also loved that iron and ironing desk is in the room.

staff were very helpful at reception and let us check in early as our room was available when I asked if we could drop our bags off

breakfast was good and plentiful, one thing to make it better would be hot food options for breakfast, maybe some egg sausage and bacon etc
