Extensive breakfast buffet and quite central location. I liked the fitness area with a nice view from the top floor. Also, good shower.

The area under my window had uncollected garbage and building materials, which is detrimental to the view outside and overall experience. Also, I was lectured at the breakfast buffet about taking some bread for lunch, with all staff watching me, this was an unpleasant experience.

The decor was really pretty and the lobby was very welcoming and offered water everyday. Soft beds, good shower, small but comfy rooms with everything you need. Also free waterbottles in the rooms every day after cleaning. Breakfast was good quality and good service. There was a vending machine by the elevators on our floor that was convinient. Also the hotel bar was really nice. Good location, the train stops 4 min away to Alexenderplatz.

The breakfast would be perfect if there was a toaster to have toasted bread. Other thing that was negative about the stay at the hotel was that our rooms was long walking distance from the elevator not good for tired tourist feets 😅

My hubby and I stayed at the Leonard Hotel in Berlin for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—central and perfect for getting around the city. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed. It was also cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant. While we didn’t travel with a pet ourselves, we were impressed to see that the hotel offers the option to stay with a dog. It’s great to see pet-friendly accommodation becoming more available—huge props to the hotel for that!

The only small thing we missed was having USB sockets next to the bed, which would have added a bit of convenience. That aside, everything else was great. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I chose the Hotel thoroughly and it 100% met my expectations! Super clean, the stuff was super friendly, the cleaning ladies were friendly and quick, I was even surprised by the quality and speed of the work they did! The room was big enough, having a coffee-machine and stuff was very convenient, as well as an everyday's free bottle of water. The breakfast was great either: I stayed 9 days and never got bored by its assortment. The gym is great: 3 connected rooms with all equipment you really need, clean and air-conditioned. The location is great, around 8 minutes by foot to Alexanderplatz, 2 supermarkets nearby, a park for walking and a movie theater. I really have not a single "but". Many thanks to the hotel team!

Great breakfast (great bread, pancakes, lux spread, many vegan spreads,.. even microgreens!), location, coffee machine in the room, great hotel bar and hotel bar staff, comfortable bed, there is a small fridge

There was mold in the shower. It is inconvenient that in order to switch the lights on in the washrooms, one needs to switch on the lights in part of the room - awakens the others sleeping in the room. The front desk staff was slow - it would help if there were two people at the front desk, we waited long time to check in and out, even though we did online check in.

Perfect location, very easy to reach the city attractions; safe neighbourhood, not fancy but well served by public transport, small family owned cafes, decent restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance.. Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Liked that we could easily order room service from the room’s tablet. Generous portions and good food, used twice for dinner. Staff courteous all round.

Price for breakfast seemed a bit high so we didn’t try it and instead opted for local cafes within walking distance; we were very happy with food and service. Didn’t like that time for sauna was limited and at extra cost so didn’t use it.

We had very comfortable stay, the room had everything we needed and the staff made check in and check out very smooth processes. The TV had screen sharing abilities which was very useful, and there was a good amount of storage space which we’ve found other hotels in Europe have lacked. We also had a very pretty view of a lovely church. And this may be slightly niche, but we’ve found other hotels in Europe haven’t had many places to hang things like coats and bags and other things one carries while travelling, and our room had more than enough, which was great.

We didn’t enjoy the breakfast, for what we paid for it we would have expected more. The scrambled eggs were very dry and the drinks from the coffee machines were quite bad.

The Staff are lovely, helpful and do a good job. The reception staff and night shift manager resolved an issue for us promptly and looked after us very well. The Breakfast staff are efficient and hard working, it was a good buffet breakfast, which we would have again. I think this hotel is good value. The Suites rooms on the top floor are very good. Definitely worth a treat. We always return here, like the area, nice park and cafes within walking distance, Volkspark is on your doorstep .Easy Tram and bus routes to get you into Alexanderplatz. Would stay here again

Carpets throughout are tired, bathroom towels need an upgrade. But it wouldn't put us off 👍

Everything was amazing, Mr Youness at the reception was really helpful and always trying to make our experience both at the hotel and around the city unique. The cleaning staff always kind and professional. The Mediterranean influences of the cuisine was the thing we will remember for sure. The breakfast is unique and some things change from day to day, everything is well minded. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main square in Berlin and from there the public transport can get you everywhere.

The spa wasn't open when we got there, probably our fault that we didn't ask prior to the arrival, it was a bit disappointing just because it was one of the key reasons we booked it.

Good location, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

The bathroom is outdated and the drain in the shower wasn’t working properly. The water was taking way too long to go down causing a small flood.
