We had an exceptional stay at the lime home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The services provided in the apartment are perfect for a small family like us.we loved the apartment's convenient location within walking distance for u bhan and bus service. Just ten mins away from the hauptbanhof.We will definitely return

As the room was in the prime location,there was lots of dust.if they could provide cleaning services in between two days vl be fyn.some of the bowls provided were not clean.the staff could check once again before handing the room to the next guest.purely cnt say the mistake of the staff might be the guest who left the food inappropriate way.

We really liked the large windows with the view of the park and the fact that the room was always bright. The kitchen was very cute and functional, as well as the table that was also a bench. The bathroom was very spacious and there was enough room for our clothes and belongings in the room.

When we looking at the pictures and setting the criteria to book, we indicated we wanted two separate rooms, which was also more expensive than the studio apartment. Yet, when we arrived, we realized everything was in the same area. So essentially we paid for two rooms but stayed in one. On another note, the pillows were really uncomfortable.

The kitchen had everything we needed for 2 days, including microwave, stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. The room was spacious and clean with a homely atmosphere. The design felt very thought though. Berlin Hauptbahnhof was a short journey away, as was another tube station, which was incredibly convenient.

The room remained quite bright despite drawing the black-out curtains due to the street lighting outside. The added difficulty of keeping the temperature low, as we were reluctant to open windows (they faced a main road) made falling asleep not an easy task.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Location is great and safe. The apartment has everything you need. We loved the coffee and coffee machine!

We could'nt communicate well with the staff. But that's not a major issue, just a note because because if they interact with international guests, speaking some English would be helpful. Our apartment only got cleaned once during our 10-day stay. Ideally twice would've been really helpful because of dust and messes on the tiled floors. It was not cleaned under the bed or sofa, so it was very dusty there. Perhaps have a mop available for guests to clean messy floors? It would've have been useful to know when cleaning staff come to our apartment so that we are prepared.

Staff were prompt and communication was excellent. Overall the place was nice, new furnishings, beds were comfortable, had little extras like salt, pepper, and oil, the building itself was quiet. Cafe downstairs was convenient, affordable, delicious and very friendly.

The siren noise can be loud, the curtains block out a bit, and if did stop in the evening. Despite the road noise we still slept well. Although it did not affect our stay, the cleanliness of the place could be better, a little more attention to detail.

The main room is quite spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen area is functional and the studio is finished to high standards. There is ample space for storage and the bathroom is very spacious also. All bed linens and towels were provided. This is a great place to stay. All access codes were sent via their online system, the whole place is keyless. Highly recommended.

It was pleasant stay for three persons. Plenty of room and since we`re family, one bathroom was fine. The place was clean with easy access - subway only five minutes. Kitchen was well equipped and master bed was very comfortable. Nice view! 24/7 open gas station just across the street, if you need water, shampoo, something to eat etc. Thank you!

A bit noisy street and too hot apartment. Windows had to be shut because the traffic noise. And we didn`t know how to regulate the temperature. Grocerie store was far.

From the outside it may not seem as much, but once you get to the room is very nice. Our room was big (we were three people) and had a balcony that led to an open space, and you could see other buildings and a coworking/school in front. The complex/hotel is located near the Moabit, in the Mitte neighbourhood, which is mostly quiet. You'll have supermarkets, some restaurants and pharmacies (which they call "apotheke") nearby, so it's comfortable. The place is quiet and perfect for a nice, relaxing stay. They have a coffee shop in the low level of the building where you can have breakfast if you want.

The only think I didn't like is that we found some hairs in the towels, that weren't ours, because at that point we hadn't even used them yet, which gave us an icky feeling. But that doesn't have to necessarily happen to you. I would just recommend to the staff that they look after that.

Very nice location. Close to the subway/metro. Clean apartments. Equipped kitchen. Easy access - electronic lock. Straightforward online check-in process. Some shops nearby.

1. You'll get your electronic key (set of digits) only after check-in time. If you don't have data roaming plan then you have to look for wifi somewhere just to get the email to access the building and apartment itself. As for me it would be more useful to get all of this in advance but host could activate it only after check-in time. 2. In my apartment there were poor (old?) widows seals. I could hear the street. If it is cold outside that it would not be very comfortable just because heat is leaking through the windows.

Great location and public transport connections. Nice furnished apartment. Clean. Good kitchenette. Comfy bed.

TV channel options were bad - no smart TV (would have been nice to have the option for mirrior sharing so that we could watch our own streaming services). No aircon, only a fan. It is ok though if it is not too hot outside. We had 31 degrees and managed well with the fan.
