Very comfortable and spacious, with a clean bed and good facilities. I appreciated the pool, and even though the water was a bit cold in the morning, we still enjoyed a 10-minute swim. The staff were very friendly, and the location was great, with a metro station right across the street. There are parking spots available, and the area in Berlin felt safe and upscale. Overall, I think it offers good value for money, especially considering the high prices of other hotels nearby.

Good hotel in the Berlin susburbs, very close to the tube line U7, what gives easy access to Spandau (we went to a concert in Spandau Citadel) and to the city centre (eg. changing to train at the Charlottenburg Station - about 40-50 minutes to get to the centre). The hotel located in a nice area with lots of coffee bars and restaurants. Spacious rooms equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. Good breakfast in place and a choice of nice breakfast opportunities nearby. Good wifi. Small outdoor pool (we haven't tried it). There were no problems with parking the car for free at the Ohm Street (between the hotel and the Siemens building).

In this week, the restaurant in the hotel was staffed for the first time again. And the meals were great! Short menue, but taste and freshness was on point. The staff is active and cares for the customer.

The location is perfect, if the city is not crowded and you are not with your car. Maybe the parking lot on the other site of the street might be a possibility in the furute. Maybe the hotel staff/management could handle something with SIemens, etc. who i think is the owner. But still i was able to get a parking lot for the night.

Coffee, cereals and esp the bread were fantastic. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Receptionist were helpful and waitresses welcoming.

There were no meat free alternatives. We prefer a VEGAN diet and this was poorly catered for, although we enjoyed what we were able to eat.

Breakfast was decent.

What made us angry was the fact that it was terribly HOT in the room. The AC had broken and no one thought to give us at least a ventilator for two nights. Opening the window was Not an option, as we were right above the generator for the rest of the hotel. Two sweaty, hot, sticky nights.

We only stayed for one night to go to a concert in Zitadelle Spandau and this hotel was perfect for that location-wise. We particularly enjoyed the pool because it was a hot summer day. Amazing range for breakfast (but it was quite expensive).

We found it met our needs & we felt like we were home just came & went as we pleased.

I found the 2quilts on the bed frustrating inconvient & annoying. I prefer a queen / king size quilt.

The TV it’s very old system it can change to smart TV it will be great and helping Guest to watching another Chanels

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Although the ubahn was 3 min from hotel but there is a long 45 min to city centre.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is located right next to a metro station, so traveling around Berlin was super easy. The breakfast wasn't very diverse but everything was delicious.

There could've been more options for breakfast.
