The staff were lovely and helpful Loved the gym Room was great

We arrived early exhausted but couldnt check in unless we paid extra! As the room was vacant thought this was unfair as other hotels have allowed early checkin for us!

The accommodation was very good. The room was a good size with a balcony and kitchenette - sink, microwave and fridge. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate and everything was clean. The toileteries were lovely and the room was cleaned and made up every day. The location was great, close to checkpoint charlie with an underground station nearby and bus stops round the corner. Reception was 24 hour.

The towels were clean but could have been a bit softer and larger. The bar was really just a lounge with bottled beers and closed early. Not over keen on 2 single quilts on a double bed but not a big deal.

Room size was great with a nice bathroom, reception staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags before check in. Also special mention to the cleaning staff they kept our room lovely and clean and even folded our pajamas which was very sweet. Location was also perfect you're 2 mins away from the U-bahn making it really easy to get about the city.

The bedside lights didn't work and the seal of the showerdoor didn't really work and the bathroom would get quite wet. The water temp was little funny as well and would switch from hot to cold a few times but not enough to really complain about at the time.

Our suite at the Mondrian was completely as advertised, with a full kitchen, bedroom and living room set up that worked well for two people, with a very comfortable pull out bed. While the room decor was a bit minimal, it made up for lack of character in cleanliness, space and light from the four windows. We loved the central location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

A bit more art on the walls in the suite would have added a creative flair that you'd think would come with a boutique hotel called the Mondrian. The lobby has a nice design aesthetic and I'd recommend some more design touches in the rooms.

The location was central, and the price we paid was very reasonable. I don't think you can expect a palace on those terms and the accommodation was probably at the basic end of things (think standard ibis) but was clean and very spacious. There was wardrobe and shelf space and emough hangers! It is just round the corner from Checkpoint Charlie, which is a 30 minute walk from the Brandenburg Gate. Public transport is good and there were buses and a UBahn stop within a minute or so. There was a little bio supermarket on the next block where you could sit in and have pastries and coffee, which was lovely. The area was much quieter than slap bang in the middle of things but always felt safe at all times of the day.

Everything was good. It's probably a hotel room for people who just want to sleep there, as it is no frills.

Very nice and professional receptionist , Staff were very nice and always there when we needed them , the property was clean , tidy and good smell. kitchen had everything you need to make your meals with lots of tools, salt and pepper was there too :)) Bathroom is the really big and comfortable, when our friends came for a short visit they all had this impression “😯 its huge bathroom “ you will be comfortable there . Location was close to Lidl , Bus / underground to central Berlin . Storage for our luggage was provided when we ask them at the checkout . All in all we enjoyed staying there for a week, if we ever came back to Berlin will definitely stay in Mondrian Suites . BTW this is the longest feedback I’ve ever gave in Booking.com 😁

The bed mattress was too firm and the pillows were too soft . TV was very old I couldn’t connect my phone through IDMI :(. Wifi limited user thing is unusual for me. we could only connect two devices with same password. (Although after calling the reception they gave us another password for another two devices )

Excellent central location (near Checkpoint Charlie). There was a public transport strike for two days during our stay but we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Despite being close to a very busy main road, the hotel is in a quiet pedestrian area with park. Great restaurants within 5 mins walk and a supermarket. The room was very comfortable and spacious with kitchenette, very nice bathroom with toiletries including body lotion. We really appreciated the magnifying mirrior in the bathroom. Very cosy reception/lounge area with gas fire. Would stay here again.

One small glitch. We had said we didn't need our room cleaned or towels changed but it was done twice. The second time the dirty kitchen rubbish bag was left on the kitchen counter so I had to take it down to reception and also ask for a towel which hadn't been replaced. Everything else was great.

All the staffs are really nice and friendly. The hotel is at a really good location, close to U6 station, close to M29 bus stop, close to city center and lots of tourist attractions. Around hotel, there are lots of bakeries, an organic supermarket with good price. The room is clean. Staff cleans that every day. Since it is really warm these days. A fan is provided in a room. It works well. Really recommend it.

Little shower water can leak out when you take a shower. That is a bit annoying. I hope that can be improved in the future. Deposit is needed with creadit card, not debit card. If you don't carry credit card, 200euro cash is a must. But rememeber that is only deposit. When you check out, that will be returned.

The room was comfortable and warm, not as large as it looked in the photos but it was ok. The lift was easily accessible - we had to use a different one because we were on the 9th floor. We liked the location and found a nice cafe for brunch.

It would have been useful to have been made aware of the fire alarm testing. It also made me realise that maybe the 9th floor wouldn't have been great if we had really needed to leave as my husband has some mobility issues, which I will have to consider in the future. It would also have been helpful to be told that one of the electrical sockets worked by a switch. It was unfortunate that this was the socket we plugged the mobility scooter in to for recharging and, as we didn't know that, we wasted half a day waiting for the scooter to charge enough so that we could go out once we were told. It would also have been nice to have some information about the local area, shops, cafes, etc

Great central location, helpful reception, clean and comfortable rooms.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable for us and the toilet sit a bit high. The rooms that are on the ground floor (as it was ours) have some privacy issues as the balcony doors have direct access to a passage that people cross every day. Should be highlighted that even if you compete the payment in advance through booking they still need a credit card or 200 euros cash as deposit when you arrive.
