Proximity to the garden, staff were lovely - particularly in the cocktail bar. Bed was comfortable. It was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and fairly priced.

Not very many restaurants around. No privacy blind/curtain so could not get changed in the room. Aircon could only be set to go 3 degrees higher or lower than a certain temperature but we didn’t know what to the starting temp was and it didn’t seem to work very well. No extraction fan in bathroom and it made it very humid in the room.

Stunning lobby and restaurant area. Pool and area very tranquil. Bathrooms and slippers supplied in your room. Everywhere was spotless. Plenty of choice for breakfast. There is something for everyone and they have a chef making omelettes for you . All the bar team were lovely. Couldn’t do enough to make your stay even better. We were there every night of our 4 night stay, having food and drinks and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was close to Zoo, shopping centre etc. 12 o’clock check out is a big plus too. Would defiantly stop again.

I have been traveling the world for many years and the following thing has never happened to me. When checking in, they asked for a credit card - saying that the stay had been paid for. A common practice. When checking out, they asked for a credit card again. I thought that the stay had not been paid for yet. After returning home, I found out that I had paid for the stay twice due to poor communication between the receptionists.

Breakfast was very good , plenty of choice , including prosecco. The location was good for shopping but remember no shops are open on a sunday . The hotel is very close to the Zoo and very good for public transport . Enjoyed cocktails at the Monkey and also a meal in the Neni restaurant next door - great views. The room was fine , typical hotel bedroom -nothing special . pool area is small but very nice

The kettle in the room has a safety device so only works if pulled out all the way -this would have been handy to know as i missed my morning cuppa on the first day

The hotel is lovely. The lobby area is beautiful, with a feeling of grandeur when you enter. All the little care packages in the room were great, so no worries if you forget your toothbrush! Breakfast had a good selection and everyone found something they liked. The waitresses in particular are really friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, within walking distance of the zoo, Tiergarten and Bikini shopping area. Very short drive to the Victory Column and on into the city.

Downsides were the car park. If you have a modern shaped vehicle it is tight! We used the underground car park for one night and every sensor on the car was going off as we tried to park! It’s also expensive. There is on street parking, which I think is free from 10pm-9am.

Nice hotel, good location (near to the zoo). Easy to walk to most places in Charlottesburg. U-Bahn station was around 10-mins walk away, and apart from the ticket machines not working at that particular station (Zoo) we managed to buy them from the kiosk. We used the pool at the hotel as well, and this was very nice especially as the weather had been quite hot there. We did a walking tour one day which was very enlightening and would recommend (easily booked through this website). Had breakfast each morning at the hotel, good selection and great start to the day. Hotel also within easy walking distance of other restaurants and a very nice beer garden that we found as well (Café am Neuen See).

We did ask for adjoining rooms, but were told before we got there that this was not possible owing to a water leak - which was a shame. Felt the rooms were a little sparsely equipped versus other hotels for the price we paid.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, with several standout aspects. The breakfast and staff are a solid 10 out of 10. The ladies at breakfast were wonderful, and the team really made us feel welcome. The swimming pool was delightful, and the lady who works there was particularly kind and attentive. The reception was very nice, and the gentleman at the bar was super friendly, adding a nice touch to our evenings. However, there were a few issues that took away from what could have been a flawless experience. At dinner one night, we didn’t receive everything we ordered, and when I pointed it out, the waitress insisted that I had said something different, which wasn’t the case—my companion also heard the order. Thankfully, the team made it right in the end. At 3:30 AM, our air conditioning started making loud noises, loud enough that I initially thought it was morning and the Berlin construction work had begun. When I realized it was the AC, I had to turn it off and open the window, which let in the heat and city noise. I reported this and hope that it’s taken seriously. Unfortunately, it cost me a good night’s sleep, leaving me tired the next day. Although this is a five-star hotel, some details were lacking that prevented it from being one of the best five-star experiences. In the bathroom, everything was set up for only one person—no extra towel for the child, despite booking for a kid. The TV had limited access, offering just a few random German channels. Additionally, there were no slippers provided for the child.

Hotel well situated for sightseeing, close to metro and 25mins to city centre. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Zoo 5mins walk, it's well worth while, spent 4hours! Buffet breakfast good value, ask for a window view more relaxing than other area. Bar nice, try a cocktail! Albert the doorman super friendly and nothing too much. Pool area nice.

Breakfast staff not overly friendly, had an issue 1st morning with the head staff. Rude and unhelpful. Seems like not all guests get table service, not sure if it's because I am not German! Wellness area not explained on checking in, difficult to find.

Our stay at Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof was outstanding! The hotel’s location is superb—situated in a prime area, it allowed us easy access to many of Berlin's top attractions. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a wonderful blend of comfort and style. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's proximity to Tiergarten and the Berlin Zoo, both just a short walk away. The nearby transport links made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped fitness center and the relaxing spa, added a touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof provided us with a delightful and convenient experience in Berlin. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and bar, comfortable beds, a large indoor pool, and is perfectly located for exploring Berlin. I liked the coffee variety in the room. We had breakfast one morning and found it to be overpriced, especially for the quality of warm foods on offer (86 euros for 2 adults and a 10 year old).

The rooms are looking a bit dated and old, the bathrooms in particular need updating/more intense cleaning. An exhaust fan would be a good idea.
