Room was comfortable and clean. Quiet location and just outside the old town area of Bonn. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Tea & coffee facilities in the room along with toiletries in the bathroom. Reception unmanned overnight but contact number provided and room key opens the outside door so no issues. Nice Tapas restaurant on the ground floor which is linked to the hotel. Would be happy to stay here again.

No impact on us but as it is an older building there is no lift so it would not suit anyone who was unable to use stairs. Nothing the hotel can do about it due to the constraints of the building.

Very clean, convenient for Bonn city centre visit. Tea and coffee making facility in the room. Comfortable beds. Pleasant and polite staff.

It was unfortunate that on the day we arrived it was around 35°c and the room, on the 3rd floor, was very warm - no fault of the hotel. There was a ventilator, but in those temperatures it had little effect. The car park is 15€, which I maybe missed at the time of booking, and the car park is out of bounds between 17:00 and 7:00, and you need to get the key from someone working at the desk. We were unfortunately a bit confused by this at the arrival time, because it had already been locked earlier than usual, because it was Saturday. I think that the instructions just need to be made a little clearer to avoid confusion and disappointment.

Location is close to the centre so walking among blossoming cherry trees on the way almost to the hotel, breakfast offer is wide and surprisingly good coffee, room was comfortable. Very friendly breakfast host who speaks more languages than you'd first guess.

wifi was slow and often not working, but I was told by colleagues staying in other hotels that's typical for Germany. Short check in hours gave me a scare, but apparently that's not a problem.

We always stay at Hotel Baden when visiting family who lives closeby, and we are always happy with our stay. The rooms are clean and functional, but we also never spend much time in the room. We especially like the coffee/tea making facilities in each room. Be aware that there is no lift, for whom that is important make sure you get a room on the 1st floor (there is no ground floor rooms, and the rooms on the 1st floor are the comfort double rooms, usually a tiny bit more expensive) We also like the central location, its very easy to get into the city center (8 Mins walk), and the fact that you can leave the car in a parking area from the hotel some 3 mins walk away (pay extra).

Excellent and fidel service. Didn't have a breakfast there but looked nice. Room cleaned right and sincerely, while maintaining cozy atmosphere of a traditional vibe. Quite neighborhood to charge your tranquile stay.

Bit away from the city center; not a very long walk but perhaps confusing at the first visit. Probably better if one access there with a tram for the first visit (and realize that it is quite closer to the city afterwards).

Simple, clean accommodation that completely fulfills the expectations of a three star hotel—comfortable, with all necessary conveniences like an electric kettle or toiletries.

The only negative of this hotel was sound isolation. There were loud sounds both from the outside and from the inside of the hotel. Nothing that would preclude me from sleeping at night, but a nuisance during the day.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were super clean. The breakfast for 13€ per person was quite good for such a small hotel but could be a bit cheaper😉. Downstairs just next to the hotel (with common entrance) was a restaurant with a nice atmosphere but unfortunately I couldn't taste their cuisine because of my late check-in, they were still open but the kitchen was already closed.

Very good location, about 7 minute walk to the very center. Great Italian restaurant next door, Good hostesses that answered lots of questions Paid garage 200 meters away Tea, coffee, kettle, TV are in the room. We had a sort of 1 bedroom. But the bedroom was just for a twin bed and had bathroom and washroom doors in it. So not very separate.

Small rooms I’d say. Not so comfortable pillows (like at all), no basic toiletries besides soap, no stairs (as expected). I’d still very much recommend this hotel

We (2 adults, 2 kids) went for just one night: to visit family and the town. The 4-bed room had very much appreciated details, such as water bottles and water heater and cups to make tea and instant coffee. Good beds and the room was clean. We had our own bath room. A big tv where you can login and use your own streaming services. We could park the car in the street (free of charge). Very friendly staff. We didn’t use the breakfast, because the city centre is at a 5-10 minute walk. The room and hotel was great for our purpose and short stay.

There is a cheap super market nearby in direction to the city centre with lots of (homeless?) people drinking beer, so that might give a feeling of insecurity to some people.

Pleasant, old-fashioned, moderately atmospheric hotel in Bonn. Good value. Kettle in room with tea and coffee. Pretty good breakfast. Decent location at the northern end of the city centre, ten or fifteen minutes from central Bonn and twenty from the Hauptbahnhof.

Although breakfast was nice, there were no cooked options available the day I was there. Hotel has no lift, only stairs, which could be a problem for some guests.
