I really liked the hotel, I was travelling for an audition in the theatre and for me it was super important to have a quiet room. I didn’t hear anything during the night or in the morning, which was just perfect. Also the room itself was very comfortable and clean. The stuff was super nice and the whole experience was very positive.

The bathroom was super tiny, which was not a big problem for me as I was travelling alone and only for one night , but probably for couples it would be a bigger problem.

The hotel gave us a very pleasant experience. First of all, the rooms are spacious and bright, warmly furnished, well equipped and well maintained. In addition, the public areas of the hotel are kept very clean. From the corridors to the elevator rooms, the hotel's attention to detail is evident. In this hotel stay experience, special praise must be given to Judy Lin, the waitress in the breakfast restaurant. She made a great impression on us. From the moment we stepped into the breakfast room, Judy greeted us with a warm smile that made us feel like spring breeze. Her service attitude is impeccable, always warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous. Here, we truly feel at home. Judy brightened up our breakfast with her professionalism and friendliness. I look forward to seeing her excellent service again when I stay next time.

The location could not be more central, as it is right next to the Dusseldorf central station. The prices were cheap and the staff friendly, as I arrived 3 hours before check-in but they still let me into a room right away.

The facilities are a bit old, such as the bathroom and the AC. The bathroom in general was tiny. Enough for my short stay, certainly, but less impressive than some of the other B&B hotels I've stayed in.

I recently stayed at B&B and I found it to be a fair choice considering the price and location. The accommodations were decent and provided all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and main train station. While it may not be a luxury stay, it offers good value for the money. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in a central area, this place is worth considering.

The bed is too small for even a single bed. No English Channels on TV.

Have stayed at this hotel many times in it's previous guise as the Ibis. The location is perfect, a 2-3 minute walk from the station, and at the right end of the concourse for the U-bahn station beneath the main station. This means you can be in the 'Altstadt' within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel thanks to the frequency of the U-bahn trains. Hotel is extremely clean, staff excellent and breakfast lived well up to expectations, and has improved since my last visit to a B&B in Dusseldorf on Ketzwigger Strasse. The shower was great, the single room was small, but ideal for one.

My only criticism, was that there wasn't a cup/glass in the room, but having bought a bottle of water, it wasn't a problem, but I would always expect to see something to drink out of in a hotel bedroom, even a paper one.

Clean and comfortable room. Comfy bed. Hotel was absolutely fine. If I required easy access to train station I would use this hotel again. I would definitely use B&B hotels again.

At over 6 foot tall, the bathroom is a little cramped but livable. I was aware the hotel was close to the station, and as I was making day trips this was advantageous. The downside is it is near a main station with all that entails. If you are using it as a base this is not an issue, but the area lacks bars and restaurants that I would want to visit close by. 15 minutes walk gets you somewhere nice though

This was the 5th time I have stayed at this hotel. The 2nd time it has been called the B&B, before that it was Ibis. Location right next to the station is ideal, and we find it great value for money. Staff are always friendly and you get what you pay for.

Bathrooms are small, but this is to be expected. Also the beds didn't seem as comfortable as previous visits.

I stayed in a single room for 1 night only. It was very clean with good warm lights. The bed was so comfortable that I wished I could sleep longer if I had not had to catch up the taxi to airport. The bathroom seemed small at the first impression, but it turned out it's spacious enough for the toilet, sink and shower. Liquid soap was also available. For the price that I paid, I was really satisfied and will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

There is no slippers in the room. No safe box as well. But it is acceptable for just 1-night stay.

Position next to central station makes really easy move with public transport all the destinations . Clean room and great and very helpful staff . Excellent choice for what you pay . WIFI is better than the most hotels you stay . It works really good in every corner of the hotel . Rooms not too big but fair enough for business travel and for what you pay .

Breakfast buffet need to bee improved . Just a bit poor on choices . The rest is just fine !

Great location near the main train station in Düsseldorf, easy to get to Essen for business. It's a decent hotel and good value for money. The rooms may not be very spacious but they are clean and well kept. Breakfast is buffet style and there are quite a few options including vegetarian options. There is a quick check out option which is convenient if you need to leave early in the morning.

Everything was fine so there is nothing to complain about - as mentioned, the rooms may not be very spacious but they are enough for one person for a short stay. The only thing I missed was tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
