Location is very convenient: S-bahn connection, several U-lines, in walking distance from Little Tokyo. The hotel is very nice and beautiful. We didn't mind the stairs, but we also didn't have any suitcases with us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was great! For breakfast there were eggs (you can choose how you would like your eggs to be cooked), Müsli, waffles, vegetables, fruits, different types of cheese, spreads and meat etc. The room itself was very clean, a lot of place to store your things. Spacious and very nice bathroom. Great working air conditioning - it just saved us when it was +35 +37 outside.

The room is missing a few things: a mini fridge and a tea kettle.

It was like stepping back in time a bit with this hotel. I loved it. I loved how CLEAN the hotel and room were. The decor was interesting and it's fun to stay in a hotel that isn't the standard boring modern design. I was initially worried that my room would be noisy on the first (European floor) facing the main road. With the windows shut, I could barely hear a thing. I also loved the location because it was a 15 minute walk to the center on the Rhein River and the tram station is right across from the hotel along with the commuter train line taking you directly to the airport in minutes. The location is deceptively amazing because looking at a map may lead one to believe they're not near the action, but you are. It has been a long time since I have had such a positive reaction to a hotel stay.

We liked the old-fashioned feel and look of the place. It felt like it had been a hotel for a long time, in a very classical way. The bed was very wide and comfy. It's very conveniently located by the U-Bahn and S-Bahn.

The shower was awful: It was awkwardly placed in the tub, and would leak through the glass unless you showered in a very specific way. The TV was tiny and old. No in-room instant coffee or water.

The room was very nicely decorated! The beds were super comfortable. We did not eat breakfast but it looked delicious. The staff was very friendly. We had a very nice stay.

Everything was better than expected. However, there is no lift. It was no problem for us, but I’m not sure it is being said in advance.

The location is perfect. Right next to the stop of the regional train from the airport and the stop of the tram that goes to the centre of the city. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast had everything one could need and it there was slight variations each day.

The WiFi on the highest floor the we stayed would often lose its signal. Other than that everything was perfect!

Very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. We could understand each other even if we weren’t speaking German and they were trying their best to help us as much as they could. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; feels like a londonian cocoon in Düsseldorf.

Our stay was too short to be able to enjoy the full extent of the hotel. But ofc it’s not their fault, blame it on the lack of money hahaha

Well located boutique hotel with 30 min travel to Messe. The tram stops right outside the hotel. Really nice breakfast with many options including homemade waffles and eggs to order. Make sure to book a room facing the backside of the hotel. Several good restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work the majority of our stay (both mornings and evenings). Cannot recommend it for business stays.

The room was very spacious, clean and in the city center. Staff is super friendly and they arranged for our late checkin as we arrived pretty late at night.

I was a bit disappointed that the room I booked didn't have a bathtub although it was on the hotel pictures when I booked the room, Also there was no water kettle and tea/coffee bags and coffee machine in the room. Finally on the check-in day, the shampoo /body soap bottle was empty and we only showered with just hot water as it was too late to ask for anything at that time (after midnight)

The house is beautiful. Slightly reminiscent of an English manor house with winding staircases, four-poster beds and hunting prints on the wall. Great location and very helpful staff. One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve seen in a long time.
