Lovely little boutique'ish type hotel a few hundred meters from FRA Hbf. Very convenient. Rooms clean and presentable, not large, but functional & well serviced Nice breakfast, excellent coffee ! Staff welcoming and very obliging Have stayed before and will stay again ! Rewe minimart located across the street and quite a few eateries nearby

No blockout blinds on the window. The street areas around the Hbf could do with a good cleanup and re-locate many for the 'inhabitants' that frequent the area

Friendly, helpful reception staff, found a solution when none of my payment methods seemed to work at check-in just before midnight, taking a cash down payment allowing me to sort it out in the morning. Room was tiny but enough for my overnight needs (I was mainly asleep after all!), well maintained and well equipped. Air-con worked well, mood lighting was a nice touch, shower etc was great. Bed comfy. Breakfast had a wide selection that was kept well stocked by attentive and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere everywhere in the hotel.

There were some random noises, one of which woke me up early in the morning. My colleague didn't work out how to close the window in his room (perhaps because we arrived so late) and the noises outside were too much for him.

Breakfast was just OK. Dining area was quite small. Location was bit shady (safe overall) but quite convenient, just 3-4 mins walk from main train station. Staff was really kind. They let me checkin literally 2.5 hours before my designated time as I reached Frankfurt earlier than expected. Room was equipped with a kettle and complimentary coffee & tea. I would stay again whenever I would visit Frankfurt.

Bed size was too small. One could fall down if not ready for the small bed space. Room was quite tiny with not much space for luggage.

Room was just about right for our length of stay. Continental breakfast with scrambled eggs. The location was close to the train station which is what we wanted. Staff friendly and approachable.

Shower was hard to get in and out of due to the size (small). Surrounding area between the hotel and train station is populated by drug addicts and drug dealers (no fault of the hotel) and although we were never threatened it is very intimidating as they are openly taking and dealing drugs (needles, smokes and pipes).

Located just a short distance from the central railway station, I was impressed by the hotel's affordable room rates and exceptional quality. The rooms exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast was particularly outstanding. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and welcoming. However, I did notice that the receptionist was somewhat unfriendly and displayed a bit of attitude. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel to others due to its overall value and excellent amenities.

While commuting to the hotel from the railway station, I encountered a few individuals attempting to harass and bully others. This disturbing behavior could potentially intimidate travelers and deter them from selecting your hotel in the future. I would strongly recommend taking immediate action to address this issue with the local authorities, such as the city police, to ensure a safe and calm environment around the hotel area.

Very good reception, helpful and informative and quite obliging. Rooms are smallish, yet quite comfortable for a night or two. Rooms facing the courtyard are nice & quiet Very good breakfast .. excellent

Streets around hotel and near the Hbf could do with a good cleanup and clear away the itinerants that hang around Aircon in rooms very inconsistent .. sometimes it works, other times not.

Good location not far from Frankfurt Hbf. Art Deco style, clean and comfortable Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

Streets surrounding hotel badly need cleaning up .. lots of derelicts, druggies, rubbish, noise etc Aircon in room did not work properly (Rm 52) .. kept cutting out for no reason Laundry Service is good, but very expensive !

The rooms were spacious considering the location and very modern and well kept. The coffee cups were my favourite and the selection of coffee, honey, sugar and then mini bar was bigger than anything I have seen in a very long time. The location next to the train station was why we picked the hotel-we we’re just passing through quickly and it seemed convenient.

We arrived late on Friday night and it was a bit difficult to find the hotel because of construction all around. Additionally the area seemed to be a bit sketchy with a lot of people hanging around and drinking. Being so close to the train station I expected a little bit of that- but it was more. I didn’t feel unsafe, but I didn’t feel 100% safe. I would not have wanted to be there alone.

Attention to details and sweet surprises. Honey in the room, little notebook with a pencil, best tea in Germany, gummy lambs to count before sleeping. :) Fabulous selection for breakfast, and very nice staff. Thank you!

As everybody mentioned even though the street itself seems to be safe and quiet the surrounding streets are very scary especially after sunset. I joined some other tourists so that I don’t go alone. I would definitely stay here again though because of the things I loved and mentioned above.

Room 12 was a little noisy due to traffic. I was changed with no problem to room 29. Amazing A/C [I am in the change so always hot] room smaller but better for me. There was no real view out of the window,(due to it being inner courtyard)but I didn't need one as I wasn't there only to sleep. Tools and bedding changed on the second day. I personally don't wash my bedding and towels every two days, so I feel it's unnecessary with climate change, and tourists need to be understanding of this , not moan. But thank you for changing them. plenty of tea/coffee, mini bar, a bible , which you don't see in hotels anymore.and a very clean room. Clean hotel nicely done very chap also. Frankfurt is quite cheap, which is great for those of us on a budget. Lovely staff, polite and friendly 😀 Would recommend and definitely stay again. A real positive experience. Loved the lighting choice Orange, blue white 💙 Train station is to navigate, lots of eateries. It's literally four minutes walk. Leave Train station, cross over , turn left , second on the right. 8 mins if you walk slowly.

Area from train station to hotel is little rough, to say the least. (Like most areas in Europe) these days. folks with drink and mental health problems, some homeless people and beggars But if you keep going to where you need to go, it's just not an issue. And no one stops you so as a solo female it was ok.
