I really liked the hotel. I needed a place to spend the night for Adele’s concert and the hotel was clean and the employee were all very friendy

The room is super cosy with all wood and a cute design, and a small kitchenette. It's really the perfect 'pod' to work and rest for work. It was also very well sound insulated which is very appreciated. It's a convenient 8 minute walk from the U-6 which is one stop from the Garching-Research area, perfect for visiting there!

For the price I was a bit surprised that they gave a small handful of coffee beans (that you have to grind yourself with a hand grinder, trendy but annoying in the morning!!) and you have to buy more from their store of course. I would have appreciated just some normal ground beans. That being said the coffee was good!

This is a very nice and new hotel in Garching. It is convniently located about 5 minutes walk from the U6 station so travel to Munich is easy. The hotel itself is in a quiet residential area, so if you do not have a car you have to walk to central graching for things like restaurants or groceries, about 10 minutes. The rooms are nice, modern and spacious. There is a nice common area on the ground floor where breakfast is served and you can sit and work or have coffee with friends in the evening, very nice. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good but quite expensive, but the rooms have mini kitchen so you can make your own, and the hotel has a 24 hours shop which is very nice.

The infrastructure is a bit problematic. Our bill had to be amended (we were charged for breakfast we did not eat) and the staff on premises, though they were very polite and tried to help, could just not solve this since the computer system apparently either does not work or is very user unfriendly. Eventually this was solved a few days after we left and we got our money back, so this is not that the staff did not want to help, it was that they could not help. The self check-in system did not work. Air conditioning did not work properly (did not cool), luckily it was not very hot when we were there. My overall impression is that the place is lacking serious management to solve these issues. Overall we would return, but these things should be fixed

This hotel is a gem; friendly, comfortable and not in the least bit pretentious. It is a home from home. It is located in a secure, leafy suburb of Garching. My room was exceptionally quiet. No noise from outside, no noise from the corridor. If only there were more hotels like this.

Here we are talking about cherries on the icing on the cake. Perhaps a few weights in the gym and some means of dimming lights in the room that seem to be an inevitability of high-tech

Third time at this place and always feels like home. Super comfortable, have everything we need, and close to the metro.

98% of the staff are super friendly and competent. But I hate when it's those Asian ladies because there's always something missing for breakfast, once the forks, another day coffee spoon... And you can see them chit chatting and you have to bother yourself and go ask them. Seems that they can't speak basic English because you have to repeat the same thing many times. I asked for the coffee spoon and the lady said "What, Milch?" And she picked a juice spoon. Horrible. She saw me with the coffee. The other one I asked for a knife and the same thing. Had to repeat it all again. It's very annoying when they are there. The other staffs even when it's crowded there's nothing missing, because they are always paying attention to everything. And never had this issue with the language.

Perfect choice. Stayed one night for Adele concert, was a bit in a rush, the reception lady was very friendly and helpful, which is much appreciated. Place has comfortable common zone for breakfast and work and inner garden to chill

Had issues with taking Uber from there coz of the location. The switcher in the shower is very tough, broke my nail. Regarding the breakfast, me personally - I dont feel comfortable, when someone is cooking eggs on the kitchen and u need to collect ur breakfats, I would prefer less interaction in common space. Also I would prefer stronger coffee for breakfast

The location is beautiful, with a unique design, located in a very quiet town north of Munich. It is only 10 minutes away from the metro station. With the metro you can reach the center of Munich in about 30-40 minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

The bottom edge of the shower door was moldy. In the kitchen, the garbage bag and the dishwashing sponge were missing. The price is a bit too high.

It's a place for you to feel like you're at home. Staff is very well educated and nice. The hotel's owners thought about every single detail to make your staying smoothly. Comfy decorations, books everywhere, nice tables to work in the room or in the lobby, the breakfast had an amazing bacon which I loved, but you can also cook something there, mini supermarket, the utensils in the room so you can cook your own meals... Had a great time there. Usually I come back from business trips dying to be at home, but this time I didn't want to leave.

As the internet is weak in the laundry area, had a bit of trouble with the washing machine, because I don't speak German. But it was manageable.

Easily one of the best hotels we've been to. As the name suggests, made with a soul! The room/appartment we were in was very spacious, modern and cosy. Small details like books on shelves make you feel at home. The internet was fine. The ladies at the reception were always polite and forthcoming and with a smile! The area is very quiet and the metro station is only few minutes away ny foot.

Only minor things really. There could be more lighting in the room and it would be nice to have more control over the air conditioner (we couldn't turn it off or change the fan speed). The late checkout option is a bit of a struggle. If you need that, make sure you get something in writing.

The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood about 600m away from the centre of Garching. We didn't try the breakfast, but there are several cafes/bakeries in the centre. The lobby was nice for reading, working, or just for relaxing and hanging out. There's also a small convenience store in the hotel.

It was hard for my phone to get a connection and I needed to move around the room for the right spot to get connected. But this seems to be a common problem throughout Garching.
