The location was really good. If you plan to visit the haffen city I definitely recommend it. You also have access to multiple buses and metro stations. Additionally the place has a nice nautical vibe and character (though sometimes it seems to be form over function). The amenities were also sufficient, with good air conditioning and even cold beverages in the fridge.

The extra bed (for the third person) was rather small and not very comfortable. Actually I think it was the bed bench in the image. I wouldn't recommend this room if you are 3 adults. For us that was the only issue.

Location, staff, and comfort are excellent. I asked for a quite room on the upper floor which they provided. However, my room came with two sloping roof windows but I hoped to have a room with a view. However, the view is a green tree which is not the worst but I was a bit disappointed by that.

My sloping roof window had no view. Plus, I discovered by accident that I could use the sauna in their sister hotel around the corner, but it was already too late so that I couldn't use it. Earlier information, for example, during check-in, would have been great.

Beautiful historic Bildung with lots of Charme. Location was absolutely amazing. Reception staff were super friendly. We loved the art, small accents, colours and the lighting concept. Feels almost like a boutique hotel. Hotel breakfast was yummy. Lovely room with a nice view. High ceiling, comfortable bed :)

Firstly it was lovely, and what I am saying is more of feedback to take in rather than me saying I didn’t like it. - The room we had could use here and there a bit of a refresh for example there is Marks on the wall that make it look a bit overused same as bigger holes in the bed frame - couch area we had was ok but felt a bit overused - Breakfast was until 11.30 we came at 10.30 and the buffet looked not so inviting anymore, some items just missing and wouldn’t be refilled. Although the waiters were super nice!! they could even be more attentive and actively approach one to make the Guest feel more welcome and seen throughout the whole stay.

This Hotel is not the usual kind of Hotel in terms of interior and design indeed. I really loved the whole setting and they did put some very nice and interesting thoughts into it not to mention with a good eye for details. But it would blow such a whole review here to write it all down and one should see it for him or herself. The Hotel is located in the heart of so called Hafen City of Hamburg, a pretty new and still growing area of Hamburg and around 15 minutes ish walking distance from the "old" downtown away. I also loved the breakfast buffet, which is not the usual Hotel breakfast style, and the kitchen team does actually put some thoughts into it. Very nice. Overall the team appears to be very young and I was asked during check in, whether it is ok if they address me with "Du", so personal pronoun "you", which is a more informal way of addressing someone in Germany, like you're their buddy or so. Well, why not.

Unfortunately I did have one not nice experience, even very bad I would say, during check in too with the receptionist. While he was explaining me the Hotel and its setting a little, I asked him, because I missed it or he didn't even tell me yet, what actually my room number will be. The answer was "Its NNN. I also wrote it down here on this little card for you. I hope you can read." ... "I hope you can read" ?!? WTH. I never heard this or rather such an insult during the centuries I travel by now, staying in all different kind of settings from some back country Motels abroad up to 5+ star Hotels. So 25hours team: Being young and (considerable) hip, does not mean you show disrespect to whoever walks into your Hotel at all. This is not acceptable.

Very easy travel to hotel from airport (S-Bahn and U-Bahn) direct Stopp, friendly staff, design interior of hotel and room, restaurant NENI and breakfast buffet exceptional, location Speicherstadt with beautiful brick buildings, close to elbphilharmonie or Factory Hammerbrooklyn / Deichtorhallen, bike rental at other 25rhs hotel also very easy and only €5.- extra

Room was the first one the first floor, close to door and elevator, smell of kitchen went through ventilation system, heavy garlic smell early in the morning not so yummy, cleaning staff neither changed the the used coffee pots nor put a refill, even after we have made a request at the reception, we had to ask for the information about business breakfast, glass doors to bathrooms not really practical (at least a second door for the toilet was there).

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was furnished in a fancy and modern style. Mini bar offered some nice and free amenities. Location is perfect, if you want to explore "Hafencity" and the "Landungsbrücken".

We booked an extra large room, but the room layout was a bit convoluted, and some parts of the room were only dimly lit. The co-located bar is also cool, but a little too crowded.

Good location, large room and comfy bed.

No indication on where the entrance to the underground parking is, which is on a side street. I had to call to find it out. And it is quite dark everywhere. I like light and for me it was uncomfortably too dark.

Easy to find, very close to the station. Safe area, surrounded by restaurants and a super market. What I appreciated the most was the free upgrade and late check out which we were granted after the AC in our original room did not work. Stefan attended to the issue very swiftly and the room change was hassle free. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Great hotel, great staff, great location

The sound insulation of the door was very poor, you hear every word from people in the hallway. Wasn't a big problem, but could if you have noisy people around

Really lovely old building, exceptionally helpful staff in a great location for the Hafenstadt! The bed in particular was super comfy.

Due to it being a wonderful old building, and the chosen lighting style it was ever so slightly dark.
