The hotel is located close to the St. Pauli U-bahn and to the Reeperbahn with the bars and restaurants, but in a quiet street where you can have a proper night sleep. The room is average size, the shower has good water pressure and hot water.

The topper of the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, but that’s personal. Unfortunately there was no water kettle in the room to make coffee or tea. That was probably mentioned when I was booking.

- The location was fine - The hotel was quiet at night - The rooms were fine (as expected)

- The breakfast was expensive (adult €19, kid €9,5) so we had a great breakfast at a backery 10 minuts away for less than the price of 2 adults - The drain in the bath was blocked but you could take a shower but with the water slowly pilling up. We mentioned it at the reception but it was not fixed during our stay (2 days)

The location of the hotel is close to all the major business and commercial attraction. Just behind the hotel there are restaurants. The breakfast had pretty decent spread. As I had been for WTCE, the walk to MESS was 15mins.

There was some musty smell in the room when checked in. Post opening the window, it was managable.

The Ibis itself was very good. As I say above. The staff were all very good.

The price I paid for the one night stay was exorbitant. Unfortunately for me I had no choince!

Excellent hotel with great amenities and I was also able to check in earlier! This hotel is near so many restaurants and a quick taxi/ train from the tourist spots. The room & bed are spacious enough for maximum 2 people. Highly recommend.

The location is brilliant, you can walk to the harbour, the centre and the artsy areas really easily. It’s right next to the Ubarn for transport links. For Reeperbahn festival it was the perfect distance - super close but not too close that it’s a disturbance. Most importantly though, the rooms were clean and the staff were all really friendly/helpful and spoke excellent English.

The sink drain was a little smelly in the en-suite but popping the plug down solved that. There was a lot of construction happening in the area but it was during the daytime only so not bothersome.

Staff weren't so smiley. There are no tea facilities in the room. I didn't realise this when booking. It was my mistake, but I really missed not being able to have tea on demand.

The location is amazing, walking distance from all the theaters and the port, also only 20 min walking from Rathaus, this area can be a bit overwhelming but in the hotel everything was calmed and one couldn’t hear the noise of the area. Breakfast was amazing as well!

The bathroom was a bit weird, with no locks, everything is made out of plastic so it feels like an airplane bathroom in a way

Perfect location for most things. Breakfast was varied and drinks in a fridge in reception so very handy.

Beds not the most comfortable, but ok for a few days.
