Location of the hotel is great. Very close to the Bus station, where you can get to the main station in around 10-15 mins. Supermarket Rewe is just next to the hotel. Overall cleanliness is great. Staff is welcoming and friendly. They allowed us check in early at no extra cost

The hotel covered all my needs. About 25-30 minutes with an Uber from the airport. A few good food options, even for late arrivals. Underground parking, at an extra cost, though. Large shower area. Short walk to the underground that goes directly to the port area and the Miniature Museum. Plentiful breakfast. I would this hotel again, if needed.

Access in the underground parking can be a bit tricky for large vehicles. For this particular trip I used a raised pick-up truck. It fitted, but not with a lot of room left. Also, the exit is narrow. With a bit of extra attention, everything went fine.

The location is very convenient, 3 min to a U Bahn station and from there about 4 stations to the center of the city. Also plenty of shops and restaurants around. The hotel itself is modern and was very nicely decorated for Christmas. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and a nice way tot start the day. Staff at the restaurant very nice.

The windows sound isolation is terrible, could hear everything outside and was especially inconvenient when garbage was picked at 5 am in the morning (thankfully it only happened once). The room heating system was not very good, I set it at maximum and the room barely heated for 5 days (lobby was way warmer than our room). Cleaning around bathroom could be better.

Vegan breakfast option was just oats and toppings, cereals, fruit, bread and beans but I was ok with this. Apart from the shower floor the room was really clean and well equiped. I felt really safe as a solo traveller. Staff were very helpful and I could leave my suitcase in a safe room as I was very early to check in. Loved the charging station for phones etc in the lobby

The shower floor was quite dirty and there was some mould in the corners. I was on the east side of the hotel facing the neighbourhood, it wasn’t very noisy only when cars beeped horns or ambulances passed.

Breakfast was marvelous. Good location to take metroline U3 and other lines (max 300 meter) Carparking at Hotel was ok and for a reasonable price.

The room's air conditioning unit was more like a unit that blew a cold wind and was noisy. This was clearly not an air conditioner.

I had breakfast once during the stay and thought it to be a great buffet. Lots of good food and choices to make a complete breakfast. The staff was always friendly and ready to help me (or anyone else) in any language. You were awesome and very kind!

I’m not sure if that pertains to AC control, or if there is AC available, but I woke up a couple times drenched with sweat… the room got pretty hot during the night. We opened the windows to combat the heat, which helped a bit. Maybe access to some fans would be of benefit

It’s a perfect option for Hamburg sightseeings. 5-7 minutes walk from the metro station and just 2 stops from the main train station. Hotel itself is quite modern. Standard room was big enough for 2 people, clean and cosy. We asked for the room that faced a courtyard and it was calm enough. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. We arrived 1 hour before the check-in and they kindly provided us with our room, so we could have a rest after our trip. Highly appreciated!

you can easily access to S-bahn or U-bahn so it's really important on cold days. It takes 16 minutes to reach old town area. We didn't buy a breakfast because we had another plans but it seemed nice to us. the facilities and cleanliness were fine , beds were comfortable. we also stayed this hotel group in Stuttgart too they were similiar and very budget friendly good alternatives for travelers

we've booked room for three person, the third bed was sofa bed and was firm and hard and narrow. breakfast was exceptional <3

Perfect location, surprisingly quiet at night, near to 2 subway stations. Tasty and varied breakfast buffet, friendly staff. A lot of restaurants in walking distance. Good room, confortable bed, nice bathroom and shower. Underground spacious parking right across from hotel entrance.

Nothing, it suited our needs for a city trip perfectly.
