Good stay. Lovely member of staff helped me with issues checking in (I think the result of how some systems pull through info from booking.com). Enjoyable view from my (at my request when asked) high up room.

I could have done with my mattress at least having an additional topper. Not an especially exciting area, but nice and quite, good transport links and lots of stuff walkable. Supermarkets and coffee etc close enough.

Great view because I was high on 16th floor. There are hangers for coats, enough of hangers for towels, they had great bed and two heights of pillow which is excellent because I always have trouble with pillows. Room temp is nicely regulated. Positive is that plugs by the bed have electricity even without the card in that thing by the door, so you could charge your devices. I love that they take care for the footprint so they clean and change bedding and towels only if requested.

If the card for the light/electricity stays in by the doors that you can e.g. go to toilet in the night, the ambiental light being headboard stays on and makes it harder to sleep. No fridge in the room, I love having yoghurt or milk and in the room it can easily go bad. I asked at the reception on my third day afternoon, that they empty trash cans on my 4th day and no need for changing towels. In the evening I checked if they would do it the next day, and there was no note from previous employe so the other wrote it down. The next day at 17:00 I came back to the room and the bins have still been full. After asking again they did it immediately. But then the next morning they also changed bedding and towels which wasn't requested nor needed. Sona little more coordination is needed.

I have stayed with Premier Inn in other locations before, I am glad to see they maintain their consistent high standard of service. The room was clean and comfortable, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly to us and didn't get frustrated when I made a mistake in my sentence as German is not my first language. Good vibes and a good location. So long as they keep this up I'll keep using their service.

The only complaint I have is that the free wifi did not work in our room. This was not a huge problem as I had mobile data, but I did choose an option that included free wifi. This may be a problem for some, so please fix when possible.

Hotel was clean and well organized. Hotel personnel were all friendly and nice. The bathroom in the room was clean and good. It fealt like brand new hotel. Location is quite good, because you can walk into the City centre and e.g. to the chocolate museum. Poststraße U-bahn stop is actually closer than Severinstraße, because the way walkways are built. Breakfast is quite ok, but a bit costly for adults only. Children for free makes it a bit better on the costside.

This is not actually minus, but a note about the room size. We were 2 adults and 1 child in the room and it was quite packed. The extra bed is a bit too big for the room, there is not enough space to move. E.g. it was a bit of a tetris to manage two big luggages around in the room. Also the closet for the clothing was close to non-existent. Prefer this hotel for a short stay, or just take into account the size of the room. Another thing to note was finding the location: at least Google Maps suggest something strange: The Severinstraße stop is not very convienient, much better is the Poststraße stop.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel, preferred to buy Danish pastry while exploring the city. Location good, walked to the hotel from Cologne Messe(?) station, should have stayed on train till Cologne Hbf station (my mistake), bit too far to walk with luggage, but we made it, thanks to helpful German man who offered his help. Liked electric jug, a small bar fridge would have been even better (to keep milk cold). Helpful reception staff, called taxi for us to get to Cologne Hbf station on departure. Great idea to forgo daily room cleaning (2 night stay), Thanks for a pleasant stay.

I never had my breakfast at the hotel as it was too expensive, actually ridiculously expensive. I traveled with my 16-year-old daughter, and we walked to the city center every day. The location is perfect, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the Schilder Gasse which is the very center of Koln. The receptionist, Enver was very friendly and willing to give us recommendations. He was also quick to give us an iron/ironing board once we requested it.

The size of the room. Also, I paid for a queen bed but received a twin bed for myself and my daughter.

We arrived a lot earlier than a check in time, staff was very friendly and polite about the fact that we couldn't check in 3 hours earlier. But we were able to live our bags at the hotel and a wonder around. In the end we did check in about an hour earlier. Room was nice and clean, good size double bed and large single sofa bed. Air con in the room, amazing. Good size shower, but be aware of how quickly temperature changes when you shower. Good choice of breakfast. Over all it was a pleasant stay. First time in premier inn, I'm impressed.

The employees who received us at the reception were very attentive and kind, it was definitely a pleasant exchange. The room looked beautifully decorated, the bed was big and we got a room on the 16th floor, as requested at the reception. Everything was perfectly clean.

Unfortunately the ventilation didn't seem to work so well, so the room was hot even with the windows opened. The 2 types of pillows provided were both uncomfortable, the good intention is there tho, and i apreciated it. Also taking a bath has someone with low blood pressure, no ventilation, the shower itself (with a closing door) also gets really stuffy and hard to breathe normally, had to open the door while i was showering to make sure i wouldn't pass out.

Honestly almost everything was perfect. Staff was so nice, they let us hang in the hotel for hours once we were done with the city and were waiting for the train (which was delayed), very friendly all of them and always provided good recommendations. Breakfast was awesome and totally worth the price, really nice buffet to grab energy for the day. The room was nice and clean with everything you need. Facilities are fancy, specially for the price its surprisingly elegant and clean. Location is pretty good, there are metro stations nearby and is in a nice area, close to some relevant stores and nice places.

Not too many restaurants nearby if you fancy that. The bathroom door closes automatically (nothing new just not my thing) but mostly a great experience! Would recommend.

The location is great, you can walk 10-15 mins to reach the old city center or the Schokoladenmuseum, or you can simply take a tram/train, the subway station is very near

Compared to other Premier Inn hotels in Frankfurt, the extra bed (sofa) for our child wasn’t prepared in advance, which we expected. Additionally, the safe was locked (probably someone left items there before us), meaning it hadn’t been checked before our stay. We informed reception, and while it’s understandable that they could only open it in our presence, our tight schedule made it difficult to find the time for this.
