The location was excellent. Checkin smooth with Charlotte who was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious each morning and Saia and Jacqueline went well above their duties to ensure we had plenty of items to choose from and enjoyed each morning there. In the evening the bar provided us with a chance to relax and have a drink and Jawal was there to serve up great beers and delicious schnapps.

The air conditioning really doesn't work there. Luckily it wasn't too hot and we had a big window that opened. This hotel has a lot of conventions and when they are there the hotel loses its charm as some of the convention attendees do what they do

The hotel is in a good location in the center. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but a public garage that costs €18.70 per day. The price of packing for 45 minutes is €1.70. There is no parking fee on the street on Sundays. The guys working at the bar are very nice and professional. Room is very clean and bed is comfortible. Small gym and small sauna

It is bad that the hotel does not have its own parking spaces and has a garage at -1, -2, -3. There is no minibar, slippers and bathrobe in the rooms. The reception staff was not very communicative. They took €50 of our deposit for no reason

The hotel was the best we've had in Mannheim to date. The standard room we had was very spacious, clean and fresh with a huge comfortable bed. The room was on the street side, but there was no disturbance from that. The location was spot on. 2 minutes walk from the Wasserturm, 3 minutes from City center. All of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Excellent parking facilities beneath the hotel. Most important for us, the hotel and staff are very dog friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody, both business and pleasure.

* they put a piano on the first floor where you have the rooms and we’ve been bothered from very rude people playing in the middle of the night 3 times so 1st night was tough but luckily the staff was nice and we were able to change rooms. Avoid the 1st floor if you can.

Good size comfortable room, cosy interior. Comfortable bed with clean sheets and pillows. Close to city center so restaurant and bakery options nearby. Breakfast buffet decent. No time to utilise the spa…

Some streetnoise to be heard even with windows closed, potential for improvement. However this hotel is in the heart of the city so some noise could be expected.

Excellent location, hotel, room, and amazing breakfast. Very happy that I chose this hotel. The very center of the city is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Several great restaurants nearby.

If you happen to park at the hotel, please be aware that the parking garage is extremely narrow and to exit the garage one has to drive 3 levels down every time on the super narrow roadways. Very easy to scratch your car. The other thing I didn't like to much is that the bathroom in the hotel room can't be locked. Can lead to some uncofortable moments if you are staying with your family members. This is a really minor one from my teen daughter: she was missing bagels for breakfast, but I assume this is not a thing in Europe in general.

Very near to the shopping street and all means of transportation. The check-in was very quick and the staff are decent. All in all It was a good stay.

Unfortunately no fridge in the room they gave to me but they managed to cool my stuff. The blankets are not for a tall guy like me :D should be more long Shower cabinet should have a glass door not to be open to bathroom , especially when the bathroom floor has no drain.

The service was great. Even when there was a mistake in combining a direct booking with a booking.com booking, it was all sorted out in a very friendly manner. The location is amazing. It is a 2min walk to the city center and several parks are within 15min.

The rooms are warm for someone who is accustomed to sleeping with an open window.

Absolutely happy with this hotel - location, rooms' sizes and cleanliness, breakfast, saunas, facilities, friendliness of personnel, internet, parking, lobby - all good for a very reasonable price. Excellent choice for a business trip or city break. Will definitely stay again

Windows are not sound proof

The Staff was very friendly...my favorite was in the Breakfast room ...she gave the Hotel a warm hospitality that would be mrs Jacqueline Heck...thank you miss Heck... The Location is wonderful The Breakfast was good ...

The Rooms are very used...the artificial leather was coming of the Head of the Bed and the Chair...all Door frames had chips and Paint busted off...
