The hotel staff were excellent and super friendly. They tried to help us with every little thing. Even days after returning, I was called to make sure everything was satisfactory. Fitness room was pretty good, quiet, and free. Wifi had zero problems and easy to connect. Location near wasserturm is nice, but expect to walk a bit to the place with restaurants.

The large 4 person room was less nice. Our toilet didn't stop flusing the first day and the bath tub was leaking, which I needed to clean up. Fortunately they solved the issue with the toilet the next day. The room was a bit dusty with squeeking and not closing closet doors. Location is far from the place wtih restaurants, you need to walk like 20 minutes.

The location is excellent—very close to the conference centre and within walking distance of many restaurants. The gym is well-equipped (though it can feel a bit crowded if more than three people use it at once). The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Mannheim for business trips.

Parking is quite limited, which can be inconvenient. The reception area lacks privacy due to the open desk setup, making it feel less welcoming. Additionally, having to walk through the reception area to access the gym can feel awkward, especially when the hotel is busy with familiar faces or colleagues.

The location of the hotel is truly amazing—it's easy to tell that the building is a charming construction from a different era. The bar, lounge, and inner courtyard all add to the atmosphere and give the place a unique character.

Due to overbooking, we received a smaller room than the one we had originally booked. While the room itself was nice and seemed recently renovated, it was a bit tight for three people. The third "bed," which was meant to replace the couch from the junior suite we didn’t get, was unfortunately quite uncomfortable. That said, the hotel staff were very friendly and did their best to make up for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.

Nice hotel in a great, central location. Check in takes a little long, but they have seats during the check in so it's not a bad experience of waiting standing up in front of a desk for too long. Room was smallish but had what you need. The hotel has private parking, though in my personal opinion 20€ per night is a little expensive for hotel guests. They have fitness room and a sauna, which I didn't use. BReakfast was as expected with plenty to choose from.

Parking could be cheaper and a little bit more space in the room could've made this stay feel much nicer.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Located not too far away from the center bars, cafes and shops. About 10min walk from train station. The pillows were fantastic! Great apps on the massive tv in room. So any language can watch in their own language. Cocktail bar was lovely. The receptionist man with glasses was a funny man!

The mattresses on the bed were a bit too firm and hard. The rooms got way too warm even with window and air conditioning on. The toilets didn’t flush too well in one go after a number two.

The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Mannheim. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Our first room had two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed. The second room had a proper king size double bed, but unfortunately, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The aircon is not very strong.

The room was excellent - very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's architecture and design were beautiful. It's also a great option for staying with pets. Unfortunately, I had a very noisy neighbor, but the hotel manager responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently.

No room service available. That wasn't an issue for me, but the hotel doesn't provide pet supplies like bowls or hygienic pads.

I have stayed in a few hotels in Mannheim, but this is the best, wonderful and perfect hotel in everything, the staff is very friendly especially Livia, very friendly, professional and nice who made my stay much more pleasant by upgrading me to a much larger and superb room in every way. Thank you very much. Very clean, luxurious and with an extraordinary vibe. I am impressed

Loved everything.

The rooms are very comfortable with plush, soft beds and spacy showers. I was really pleased with the luxury of this place, given the price I paid. It is a short walk away from the water tower, Mannheim's second-most recognized landmark after the palace. And the breakfast spread is exemplary for a German hotel.

It exceeded my expectations. It really is a wonderful hotel.

Amazing location literally walking distance to the water tower and CBD yet su quiet. Staffs are excellent and exceptionally friendly! Yummy breakfast with the self made mimosa 😇 Newly renovated and public place is super nice!

The bathroom plumbing is not the best for drainage. Also the bed is bit too soft.
