The location is really good, very close within walking distance from the train station. The price for the stay is also quite reasonable compared to nearby hotels in December. As it is very close to the train station, it has great connection to the city center and high availability of restaurants, supermarkets nearby. There are amenities as described and the room is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The room is a bit cold even with the heater. There is lift to access the room, however you still need to take the stairs to go to the lift, which might be a bit problematic for some people.

The staff was very nice and check-in and check-out went quickly and smoothly. Any questions about additional towels etc. were helped immediately. The room was big enough for one person and only recommended for short stays in the city. The short-term extension of a later check-out was also implemented immediately.

Unfortunately there was only one stool without a back in the room. An additional chair with a back would have been more comfortable. I was very happy with the accommodation and can't name anything else that was unpleasant.

I did nor request for breakfast, although it will be great to have a food supply means, that would be great for your business, if you are under staffed you could agree with a bakery or a donershop to arrange some quick food for your guests, best bet you could hire a Chef. Between the hot chocolate is really good, please maintain that.

The lack of food availability, some guest would love something to eat if they arrive a little bit late and tired

Good location If prices were not inflated due to Adele concert it would be good value for lonely but not worth £250 for two nights Staff are friendly and kind

Very friendly and professional host (helpful and answering enquiries quickly), location close to the trainstation, comfortable bed & powerful shower, easy check in, clean room with kitchenette (including coffee)

Small remark: 1-2 more towels would be useful

The staff is helpful and friendly. It’s a short 5 min walk from the main train station on the opposite side of the road. Close to all public transport. It’s definitely an older facility and a clean no frills room to sleep. A little pricey for what you’re getting.

The bathroom is very small and outdated.

Basic stay. Have to climb steps to get the lift. Flooring was ordinary and hard beds. No fans / AC for summer heat, curtain blinds are thick so no fresh air..

The room was large and comfortable. The staff were all lovely! I enjoyed that a late checkout could be organised (at a cost) as this was convenient for me.

Had a few issue with my card not working at night, not a big issue as staff were always very friendly and helpful!

Hostel was comfortable and clean, breakfast was also pretty good and the staff quite friendly too :)

At reservation I sent message to accommodation that we are arriving with a disabled person and that we would need at least one room to be accessible by wheelchair meaning no stairs on the way. However, upon arrival, no one really knew anything about that even though I got at least 4 different automatic messages and replies. In the beginning, we were quite troubled about that since the idea of the trip was to get our friend to the hostel that was marked as accessible (marked with the filter). Unfortunately, some things in the hostel are made so that accessibility is solved on paper but in truth person with a disability has a lot of trouble even maneuvering around. Luckily in the end, everything was alright and we still had an amazing time.

The location of the hotel was great. The room was comfortable for two people, just as we wanted. It had a bathroom with a bathtub and was very clean. The people at the reception and in the kitchen were very attentive. Overall, we were very pleased.
