The room was well-sized and very clean. The hotel went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The staff were totally delightful and obliging, helping us book travel in and around Munich and recommending good restaurants and places to visit. I can't think of any aspect of the stay that I'd have changed. I'll definitely be returning to the Eden Hotel Wolff when I visit the city next.

Great location, a few minutes from the centre and just across the street from the main train station. Check in staff and wait staff in restaurant were polite and friendly. Large modern bedroom and bathroom

The only thing we were unhappy about was every morning at breakfast seeing the basket of danish pastries with flies crawling over them. We like so many other customers who noticed obviously wouldn’t eat them, such a shame when everything else was so spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Sliced bread for toasting was kept under a plastic dome so it would have been an easy fix to do the same for the pastries

Hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful. They answered our every question and helped us evertime. Thank you very much for their support. I stayed in this hotel with my wife and daughter. Our room was wide enough for a family and very clean. There is a wide and fast elevator inside the hotel. Hotel ambience is really great. Also recommend to add breakfast bc it was really delicious. Location is also great you can reach all type of transportation by walking in two minutes. If you want to walk, you can walk to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. You can choose that hotel without any doubt.

First, location. It is right across the street from the train station which was perfect for us as we had a lot of luggage and an early morning train the day of our departure. Friendly staff at check in. Very spacious and modern room with nice sitting area, comfortable beds, big bathroom and all the amenities in bathroom we needed. Nice hair dryer, shampoo, soap etc. the hotel is very beautifully renovated and modern. Also the tram lines and bus is on the street in front of hotel. That said, it is an easy walk to the Old Square - just a straight shot - that took ten minutes or less. There is a big grocery store with basic pharmacy supplies just a couple of doors down from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again especially if traveling by train.

All was perfect. No complaints. Even though it is across from the main train station and our room faced the street, it was very quiet. One thing to know, the AC won’t work if any window is open. For us, the cleaning crew left the bathroom window open every day so we had to come in, close the window, then the AC would come on. The windows are double windows so it isn’t like the window was open to the elements. But it was hot while we were in Munich so it would have been nice to have the room cooler when we walked in but it cooled quickly so this isn’t a big problem. Just FYI.

Well-located (right by the Bahnhof). Lots of eating options as well for breakfast and dinner. Right by the u-bahn and tram. Bed was comfortable. Has elevators for tourists with big luggages

The pillows are too soft that it is very hard to sleep in. Would be nice to have free tea bags and/or coffee in the rooms. They are charging if you want just one tea bag. The cleaning is not very thorough, we used glasses for juices, the cleaning lady did not bother to wash the glasses. While the hotel is located, there are some shady areas as it right by the train station and the shelter

Hotel was directly across the street from the train station so it was perfect for us as we were using Munich as a center point of our travel - there's also a Lufthansa Express bus stop directly in front of the hotel so it was super easy to use that for transport to and from the airport. The staff members were amazing - I had a booking error and had actually booked the wrong night - they were incredible in helping me sort it out with Booking.com. A lot of hotels might not have been so gracious especially since I didn't book direct.

I can't think of anything - the front desk staff were great, lovely breakfast, clean, updated and quiet room - the lounge/bar is lovely, very cozy and a very attentive, gracious bartender.

It was an amazing stay! We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the official check-in time, but a senior receptionist kindly let us into our room. His warm welcome and professionalism were truly genuine! Our room was cozy, spacious, and clean. I loved the wooden interior and furniture, which reminded me of a fairy tale. :) The location was pretty good. It was right in front of the station, the entrance of metro, and airport shuttle buss stop. There was no electric kettle in the room, but we were able to borrow one from the reception. Thank you for our amazing stay!

What disappointed us was the presence of drunk people at the bar during the night. Perhaps they were British, but they smirked at us—maybe because we are Asian? I am from Japan, and I am proud of my nationality. Every nationality should be respected, but I realized that there are still narrow-minded people who judge others based on appearance. However, I was impressed by the respectful nature of German people in general. :)

We were able to get connecting rooms which, as a family with children, was very important to us. We also arrived in the early morning from an overnight flight and were hoping to just drop our bags until our rooms were ready. But much to our delight, our rooms were ready and we were able to check in before 9:00 AM and get in a much needed nap before exploring the city. The windows were nearly soundproof which protected us from the city noise. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and the waitstaff was exceptional.

Everything was perfect!

The property was located directly across the street from the train station and if you leave the main entrance the S Bahn and U Bahn was located to the left . The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. With the hotel located so close to the transportation options it was quiet in our rooms. We did not eat the breakfast that was offered inside the hotel, so I am unable to give a review for that. If we would visit Munich again, we certainly would stay at this hotel.

I wouldn’t say this about this specific hotel, but for all the hotels we stayed at in Germany is that they do not provide conditioner for your hair. All the properties we stayed at during our trip was a 3 in 1 shampoo and body wash. If you are traveling throughout Germany, small piece of advice, bring travel size conditioner with you.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and my room was very large with a desk and lovely sitting area. While the hotel is across from the station, the room was quiet and I felt quite safe. The bar is very nice and you are right across from main train station and walking distance to the old town.

I don’t think there was anything that I didn’t like.
