Friendly, nice breakfast, you could drink something in evening, clean room, all went fine.

Not really that much parking place in hotel but more behind you can put your car at street without any problem.

The desk staff was super welcoming and had a great attitude (shout out to Greta!). The room was bigger than I imagined, and the bed was probably the most comfortable one I had ever tried in any hotel. The connection to the train station was great (one metro stop and 2 minute walk to the hotel), and only a 10 EUR Uber ride at night. The breakfast was also very good, not huge but varied and of good quality. Overall I was very impressed about the overall experience and how little we paid. Absolutely recommended!

Nothing, honestly a great stay!

The Room was super clean, and the bed was super comfortable. It is situated in a good location for Essen. Staff was helpful and nice, they speak good English :) We did not choose the bfast option (for next time) but went for bfast for €18 per person. It included everything from cereal, to fruits, toast/bread, eggs, sausages and everything :)

There was a bartender in the evenings, a tall guy, he was lovely but bless him I don't think it's the job for him, quite a few customers were not impressed, mainly because everytime he would have more than 3 customers to get a drink you would wait like 20 mins, I also think he 'murdered' quite a few cocktails. Because he was lovely I think just some training can fix this quite easily

- The room was clean and the interior looked new and modern. - Only 15 minutes walking from the main train station.

The room is expensive compared to the facilities it provides. It is only suitable for a 1-night stay. For example: - No glasses/cups, no complimentary drink (water, coffee, tea), no electric kettle in the room. - The storage is very limited, no drawers, no closet, only a shelf to hang clothes.

Room was very beautiful and stylish. Bed was comfy. View nice as our room was on 6th floor. Bathroom very modern. Breakfast was amazing!!! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The disappointment was only due to parking, only few spaces for such a big hotel - so was not available at time of our arrival. We had only one duvet at room, so this was also little annoying. But otherwise hotel was perfect.

Very good location for travellers by car in transit, quiet room despite being on main routes, easy access with lift for handicapped guests.

Great value, very modern and clean rooms. In a safe location and close to the Essen train station. Staff is very friendly and available 24/7, and breakfast is also pretty good. Bed is comfy and blackout curtains are fantastic - I thought it was still the middle of the night when it was already full sun outside. Would definitely stay again.

Room. right next to main road so very loud. Also, quite hot due to time of year and hard to cool down but overall very satisfied with room.

The shower was big, which was great. The room was very clean. Definitely value for money if you only need somewhere to sleep.

Staff at the front desk need to acknowledge new arriving clients quickly, instead of continuing with what they are doing, and only assisting when they are done (they were not assisting any other clients, they were just talking to each other).
