well maintained hotel that probably was enjoying popularity in the past.... overall clean, had all the amenities, restaurant served good food (dinner) but breakfast was rather average... small selection at the buffet. The plus was a view on the lake and calm one can enjoy there....People working there were polite and helpful - good welcoming approach... Everything seemed to work fine... No issues during my one-night stay.

While the hotel itself was clean, one could tell that the area around, is just nothing special, but probably once it was a thriving, popular destination for Berliners or some other visitors.... It was a hot summer day but next door facilities by the lake were closed (not owned by the hotel)... couldn't get a small kayak nor any water-bikes etc.. to rent to take on the lake.... I felt the hotel could do additional business AND make the area more attractive - if they maybe took over that business or offered their own rental of small kayaks, small boats etc..... area felt depressed... hope I am wrong but it was middle of summer break...and relatively few people...

Very rude waitress that simply and deliberately ignored us as though we were not there. No excuse. Had to wait 35 minutes for a simple drink and only then after I complained to reception. I wanted to escalate my complaint about the unacceptable behaviour but no management available so I subsequently sent complaint by email but did not even get a response.

Location, the lake is stunning

The toilet was separate from the shower and there wasn’t even a sink in it to wash my hands before I can open the door to get out from the toilet. A sink in the toilet for hand wash is a very basic hygiene thing, and it is unpleasant to use the toilet when you know you have to use your hands for you know what and you know for sure the person before you dis not wash hands after the thing and before opening the door. In other words it is a nightmare for a germaphobic person who is super afraid of bacteria. I ended up going to the toilet with wet wipes in pocket. This issue should be addressed. It is 100% a design problem with the architecture of the place. Can possibly totally ruin someone’s holiday

Free parking, great accessibility from the highway, friendly and helpful staffs, and pet friendly.

There was no aircon in the room and I haven't checked it from the room specificities. My fault for not checking but I was expecting AC from a 4-star hotel. However, there was insect screen on the window so it was pleasant at night. Just not as pleasant during day time when it's 28 degrees.

Really good hotel en a beautiful place. We have got the room with lake view, it was amazing. Hotel had an excellent restaurant with vary good breakfast and dinner. Free parking also great benefit. There are family rooms with 4 beds - which is quite nice for our family. Dog 🐕 friendly. Our dog was happy sitting on the balcony with beautiful view.

The hotel was nice, pretty much 4 stars as advertised. Our room was on the lake side, which made for nice morning and sunset views across the water. Slept well. Bathroom was clean and modern.

Sorry, but 16,50€ (per person) for the breakfast was a rip off. Supermarket standard bread, cold cuts and the like. Not much variety either. The next time, we'll go to a cafe.

The staff are fantastic and ao kind to my elderly mother in law. Special thanks to the lovely lady with blonde bobbed fair and glasses in the restaurant and Andreas on reception. The fact they recognise her when she arrives makes her feel very special.

Our bedroom this year was not as nice as last year but still acceptable.

Especially the breakfast and the staff including late night receptionists.

Daily receptionist who was in charge at the time of check out. It is nice to practice German, but if one cannot speak it, the hotel rep. should not enforce it.

Beautiful hotel, freshly renovated, beautiful view from the window, if you take rooms overlooking the lake. Insects can fly into the room due to the water. The breakfast is delicious. The parking lot is big.

The breakfast was was good and the view out the windows in the dining area was really nice. The surrounding around the hotel was beautiful. Would recommend this hotel to other people.

There was some language barrier between us and the staff.
