The hotel was beautiful not only upon arrival but through the entire stay. The Chinese City restaurant across the street was a great recommendation!!! The hotel restaurant was also good.

I wish the breakfast would be reasonably-priced for a family stay. When we arrived and entered the room, we found a dirty pair of women's underwear wedged in the furniture.

22 EUR for breakfast, even for 10 years old kid is too much, because breakfast is quite simple - becon and eggs (warm dish), some cornflakes, yogurts, fruits, cheese and meet selection (4-5 tipes) and 3-4 fresh/marinated vegetables selections, pluss good selection of bread. No fish at all. Parking is not for free as well. However, it was not mentioned - 9 euro per night.

This hotel was very good for my purposes. The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking is convenient, either at the side of the hotel or underneath. The location is readily accessible from the motorway. Trier centre is some distance away. The hotel is at the eastern end of a riverside pathway that is good for dog-walking and connects to a pathway to the city centre after a few kilometres. The price was less than 100 Euros for room, parking, and pet fee.

Check-in took longer than I would've expected, as I was the only guest arriving at that time, but the staff person was cheerful and informative. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which could be an irritant for some. Nor was there a minibar/fridge.

The room was huge. I liked the decor and the giant couch. The shower had a lot of pressure and good hot water. The bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was better than expected.

There were no power outlets for chargers by the bed. They left the towels for the bathroom in the hall, outside of the bathroom. There were no wine glasses in the rooms, and only one of each other kind of glass, which was weird. There was a knife that looked like it has been beaten with a hammer it was so useless. The staff was wierd, could have been much more helpful and polite.

The room is very big and the bathroom is new and very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the main reason I give the "9".

The room is really "empty" for a 4* hotel. There wasn't even a fridge, which I didn't check in advance if there was any, because it's supposed to be a 4*. Anyway the staff is super nice and friendly and because we have a child they managed to bring one in our room. Parking is ok, costs 9€ per night.

Very good breakfast at a table overlooking the Mosel. For example, standard breakfast menu includes tomatoes with mozzarella in a sauce with basilic and pine nuts. Or waffle tartlets with Belgian chocolate. Quiet cozy room. we were there on Christmas Eve, so there was a huge thermos with glühwine at the entrance for guests.

Parking is a bit unclear, so we left car in the employee parking lot by mistake. But no one made any mistakes, everything went well.

Clean and comfortable. A very good buffet breakfast. Lovely evening walk from the footpath that passes by the back of the hotel into the town centre along the Moselle (bus available if you are not used to long walks).

Some noise from the nearby road at night. Not particularly near the centre. The only nearby "restaurants" that we could see were owned by two internationally famous burger chains.

The breakfast is really nice and the stuff in the hotel is really friendly.

We stayed in two different rooms. The rooms on the side of the river are really quiet. But the rooms on the side of the highway are quite noisy, so that you can’t open the windows.

Great comfy bed, quite location, staff were excellent especially Al Brownia the server, who was polite, attentive and proffessional with us, and all the guests, whether it was in English or German (neither her native tonque!)

Modern clean hotel, location is just outside of town but suited my needs as had parking available. Mosel River passes back of property

Rooms didn't have a/c and it was very hot when I stayed, needed to leave window open and room was on busy dual carriageway side of hotel. Would have been ok if overlooking the Mosel
