A beautifully managed hotel right in the centre of Truer supported by great staff in a very professional manner. Quality is the theme and I feel this is arguably the best hotel in the area. I was working in the area but I suspect many visitors and tourists stay and enjoy their time here. Staff are fantastic, rooms modern and comfortable and well equipped and the restaurant and bar serve so very nice food and drinks. Stay here if in Trier!

Pricing is a tad steep but at the same time worth it for the difference from other hotels in the city.

The location : very central and perfect for sightseeing in Trier. Most of the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The hot breakfast dishes were very good as were cereals & breads. The restaurant was light airy and comfortable and the servers very good. Parking is conveniently located under the hotel (€15/day) Bedrooms are modern with comfortable mattresses.

Our room was not cleaned. I was told they adhered to Green Cleaning. However, although I would support not using chemicals on a daily basis and possibly not changing towels daily I had a big problem with their concept of Green cleaning which meant no cleaning at all : my towels were changed (!) but the bathroom was not wiped down or tidied up and the beds not straightened or made : when did not making a bed become ‘green’? This would be a reason not to recommend the hotel.

A large, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. A good, well stocked & very relaxing bar area. Excellent food in the restaurant. Varied dishes with good sized portions. Breakfast was a laid out buffet of hot & cold options, an amazing choice of options. Things were topped up regularly, several members of staff available who were all helpful & very cheerful. The hotel location is superb, just a short walk the the main town square & all the sights you might want to see. There is an underground car park with direct access into the hotel, a bit pricey but so easy & convenient. Would love to visit again soo.

There was nothing I didnt like........except maybe I was only there for 3 nights. A longer stay would have been even better!!

The breakfast had many selections and was very good. The beds were comfortable. The staff, though, was the best part of the stay. Our rental car bricked itself in the parking garage and the staff went above/beyond to help us out by allowing us to check out later, helping out with directions to the rental station to get a new car, giving helpful advice for things to see in Trier. Special shoutout to Maja at the front desk.

Something trivial: The shower stall design wasn't the greatest and the floor of the bathroom got quite wet.

The staff were helpful from the moment we stepped inside the hotel. The restaurant staff were particularly kind and professional. The rooms were small but neat. I appreciated that everything was clean.

The only outlets in the room (USB and otherwise) were located in the corner of a table next to the window, too far from the bed for a C-pap machine, or charging any devices you might want to keep close. The beds were pretty hard. I’m not sure how many consecutive nights I could’ve slept on them before it started to hurt. But fine for a single night.

The room was the usual bed, 2 chairs and a table with a closet hotel configuration. It was a nicely sized room which was good since the two of us ended up staying 8 nights and we're still married. There's a small refrigerator in the room a smallish flat screen tv offering the usual German channels and alternative language news. The wifi worked very well our entire stay. The cleaning was promptly done before noon A locked bicycle room for storing our wheels was very useful. The location is probably as perfect as you can have in Trier to enjoy the inner city.

I wish hotels offered streaming so I can use Netflix, YouTube or whatever without needing my own casting device. I'd actually prefer that to the standard hotel local channel selection. Also there is a gap between the shower glass and the wall so a wet floor was the result after showering.

The beds were very comfortable Big and ver clean room with a nice view The location is at the center of town and very easy to access when coming from far, the carpark is very close. The extra price for the carpark was cheap in comparison with some other hotels.

You don't have the choice to not make use of the wellness facilities which higher the price even when not using them. Breakfast was ok, could improve to be sure to add what it is to the bowl. Now it's written on a little board for all bowls and didn't know which was what. In the bathroom I like to have Shampoo, Shower gel and Conditioner with a natural fragrance. In this we had 1 tube for all 3, and for me it would have been better if the smell is a little more neutral, now it was a little to masculine.

Excellent hotel! Very close to the main city attractions without being in a noisy setting, and apparently there had been some renovation recently. Our suite was wonderful, very comfortable and the terrace just great (it was raining, but in the summer it must be so nice!). The breakfast was very generous and we ate at the hotel’s restaurant once (the food was good, although the waiting time especially for the desserts was very long, but there was a big group, so I think they were having a busy day). The staff was very welcoming and professional. There’s a parking lot just beside the hotel (not private), and it’s rather reasonably priced and the parking spaces are large enough. There’s also a small shop at the hotel and a fitness centre, but we didn’t try it. We had looked at other accommodations for our trip to Trier, but we chose this hotel since it was more centrally located and it seemed modern and clean. And it was! We were very happy and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

Overall very happy

Very nice and cozy Hotel with incredible location right next to the centre. Rooms have everything you need and are very spacious. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is also offers good variety. The Hotels Steak Restaurant is supposedly one of the best in town.

Nothing major worth noting except maybe that the blanket was quite small in width for the massive size of the bed. I was a bit surprised by this.

Large comfortable room with sofa and dining area. Good size bathroom with good hot water. In-room safe, kettle, refrigerator. Good safe bike storage facilities in the garage next door.

The noise on the square and street outside at night; people and cars hooning around until 1am-2am on a mid-week night - must be terrible on week-ends. The noise could be blocked by shutting the windows but the air conditioning did not cool the room.
