We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I had emailed before the trip to ask if I could drop my luggage off early before check in time. I received a very cordial response that they’d be happy to store our luggage so we could explore the city. When we arrived around 10 a.m., the front desk checked and found the room was ready and checked us in right then. Awesome! The location was great. We walked to most of the attractions we wanted to see such as the Eiffel Tower, l’Arc du Triomphe, Louvre, Seine River boat tours, Champs Elysées, and many, many restaurants. The hotel front desk was staffed 24 hours a day and always helpful.

I have no complaints or criticism to express.

Great location, rooms are more dated but well kept and clean.

I was charged for a full breakfast for myself and my child ( 25 Euros ) even after insisting that we’d only had 2 small croissants as part of their coffee and a croissant offer ( 5 Euros).

Location, location, location! Did not book room with breakfast as there were plenty of food establishments within walking distance of hotel. Huge Monoprix (supermarket) and Pret-a-Manger (mini grab & go store) nearby which you can stock up food/snacks/water/juices etc for your stay in this hotel.

Official check-out is at 12pm and asked for extension which they only gave another 30mins extra. No day use rate - must pay for a full night instead.

The location was easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, as well as other points of interest. Near the Louve by short taxi ride. Walking distance to superior shopping, cafas & resturants. Easy to navigate if walking. Felt safe at the hotel & walking in & around the area. Staff made us feel at home. Could not have been more helpful. Attention to detail was excellent.Chambiges Elysees set the right French tone for our week stay.

Having given this question much thought I honestly have to say nothing. Well, maybe offering a top sheet on our bedding to us Yanks but honestly, we should have just asked. Service was exceptional.

The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere and felt safe doing so, even at night. The room (we stayed in a suite) was perfect size and very clean and homey. It was nice to have a breakfast each morning if we wanted it as it offered so many options and went until 11 am so we could leisurely make our way down. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

Nothing. We enjoyed it all, property, location, staff, breakfast, room, lobby areas to chat outside of the room. It was old school beauty and we liked this charm, definitely not a "modern feel."

Location, value, service

Possible Bed bugs. Both my wife and i were bitten a lot. Can’t imagine what else it could be.

Located on a quiet street. Real flowers in the lobby and breakfast room. Friendly helpful staff. Great coffee and croissants. Nice option to just have express breakfast of coffee and croissants. Taxi stand nearby. Good restaurants around d the corner if you want to eat close to the hotel 1 night.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel had a beautiful French country vibe, but felt new, it had new clean beds and bathrooms. It had old world charm but didn’t feel old. It is a real gem, and would love to check out some of their other properties on our next trip! The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was fantastic!

Maybe they could have a usb port, our converter was glitching.

The decor was traditional French, which we loved. We had a small balcony overlooking the garden. Our room was very big with a separate bedroom with king sized bed, dresser, desk, chair (junior suite) and a pullout sofa in sitting room with large closet, desk, side table and tv stand for our adult son. Safe, minibar, coffee maker all in room. Hairdryer, magnifying mirror, soap, shampoo/body wash, NO conditioner, body lotion, disposable wash mitts. Bathroom was large with separate toilet room. AC was great and we were on top floor (5th). Two elevators. Very quiet street off Champs Elysees. Front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. Arranged driver to Versailles and airport. Called taxis for us. Gave us dining recommendations. Continental breakfast for additional charge. Would highly recommend.

It was a great location if you prefer Champs Elysees area. Next visit I will probably pick a different location as we now would prefer to stay in St. Germaine or Latin Quarter. But truly nothing negative except include hair conditioner with toiletries.
