Great location, rooms are more dated but well kept and clean.

I was charged for a full breakfast for myself and my child ( 25 Euros ) even after insisting that we’d only had 2 small croissants as part of their coffee and a croissant offer ( 5 Euros).

Possible Bed bugs. Both my wife and i were bitten a lot. Can’t imagine what else it could be.

The location was easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, as well as other points of interest. Near the Louve by short taxi ride. Walking distance to superior shopping, cafas & resturants. Easy to navigate if walking. Felt safe at the hotel & walking in & around the area. Staff made us feel at home. Could not have been more helpful. Attention to detail was excellent.Chambiges Elysees set the right French tone for our week stay.

Having given this question much thought I honestly have to say nothing. Well, maybe offering a top sheet on our bedding to us Yanks but honestly, we should have just asked. Service was exceptional.

The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere and felt safe doing so, even at night. The room (we stayed in a suite) was perfect size and very clean and homey. It was nice to have a breakfast each morning if we wanted it as it offered so many options and went until 11 am so we could leisurely make our way down. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

Nothing. We enjoyed it all, property, location, staff, breakfast, room, lobby areas to chat outside of the room. It was old school beauty and we liked this charm, definitely not a "modern feel."

The decor was traditional French, which we loved. We had a small balcony overlooking the garden. Our room was very big with a separate bedroom with king sized bed, dresser, desk, chair (junior suite) and a pullout sofa in sitting room with large closet, desk, side table and tv stand for our adult son. Safe, minibar, coffee maker all in room. Hairdryer, magnifying mirror, soap, shampoo/body wash, NO conditioner, body lotion, disposable wash mitts. Bathroom was large with separate toilet room. AC was great and we were on top floor (5th). Two elevators. Very quiet street off Champs Elysees. Front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. Arranged driver to Versailles and airport. Called taxis for us. Gave us dining recommendations. Continental breakfast for additional charge. Would highly recommend.

It was a great location if you prefer Champs Elysees area. Next visit I will probably pick a different location as we now would prefer to stay in St. Germaine or Latin Quarter. But truly nothing negative except include hair conditioner with toiletries.

The hotel had a beautiful French country vibe, but felt new, it had new clean beds and bathrooms. It had old world charm but didn’t feel old. It is a real gem, and would love to check out some of their other properties on our next trip! The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was fantastic!

Maybe they could have a usb port, our converter was glitching.

The location of the hotel was absolutely incredible so close to shops the river and all local attractions using the river to get around.

Absolutely nothing about this hotel was negative.

Room was spacious for Paris, nice and light with all the thing one needs. Staff were exceptional and very helpful

Lifts were very slow and door entry cards were the magnetic type that demagnetised from time to time, but not a real problem. Do NOT get a Chinese takeaway from the local one delivered - was incredibly expensive (EUR68 for one person!).

For my first stay in Paris I wanted something Parisian and this beautiful hotel delivered! The rooms are spacious and the decor and colors are gorgeous. The staff as well were very kind and accommodating, and spoke English which made everything easier.

A little on the noisy side with street noise and from the other rooms, but that’s to be expected. The first room I was in was beside the elevator so I could hear it every time it was being used, so I mentioned that to the front desk and they were quick to give me another room away from the elevator. Very helpful staff and like I said, accommodating. Thank you. : )
