We really enjoyed our overall stay here in Citadines Les Halles Paris. First off, the location is very good. It is right at the Chatelet Les Halles stop, with a metro station right in front of the hotel. Second, we really appreciate the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided us, namely the thoughtful gifts provided to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday. Third, we appreciate the comfort of the room and the convenience of having the comfort corner to allow us to change our towels and floor mats and also add to our bedroom amenities. The coffee machines and water machines down at the lobby are also helpful. TV lounge and work stations also make for comfortable spaces to work and relax. Fourth, we appreciate the helpfulness of all the various staff members that helped us with check in, recommending restaurants and places to visit. Finally, the room itself is comfortable and convenient, with the well equipped kitchenette that provides all you need and more if you like to cook at an apartment.

Hotel was great, bed comfy, had stove & dishwasher

1. Hotel should provide paper cups for the free coffee & water. Instead we had to bring the 2 cups from our room to fill up. 2. Although hotel was next to metro & convenient for travel to points of interest Not in best neighborhood as there were homeless persons around hotel & metro station & there was mob of drunk & drugged out people in the neighborhood for 6/21/25 summer solstice music festival when we were trying to walk back to hotel from metro station. Next morning, 6/22/25 there were heaps of trash, broken glass that covered the streets around the neighborhood!

They didn’t clean the room every day ; just every 5 or 6 days

- Of course the location and transportation were perfect. I came here from Gare du Nord and went to the office in La Defanse everyday. Also it was quite easy to go to the Charles de Gaul Airport. Historical places like Louvre, NotreDame were also within walking distance. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. Also right next to the residence, there were small supermarket as well. - The others like cozy & clean room, breakfast, facilities were good. - Staffs including (breakfast) reastaurant were all kind and nice.

- The residence has a laundry room and we can use the machines (laundry and dryers) with app WeWash. Someone who already downloaded and using the app has no problem, but for me it took some time for that. Also people who are not get used to use the app might take some more time to find the menu in the app. There is nothing else disappointing. Nothing to complain about.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The bed and sheets were great. The air conditioning was very good and kept us cool during the heat wave. I also liked the security of needing a key card to access the rooms.

The location is very central to all activities but the area nearby is loud and dirty. We actually saw a rat run by at night in the area near the hotel. I know that’s typical in France when so much garbage lying around near the busy areas with restaurants and cafes.

Spacious, clean, modern, beautifully appointed apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Excellent location with easy access to RER and Metro lines. Shopping mall and plenty of restaurants downstairs and in the immediate vicinity, including a convenience store right near the apartment entrance. Friendly service at reception.

Free coffee machine in the lobby was wonderful but broke down several times during our stay. Or sometimes they didn't replenish the paper cups fast enough. Was great when it worked!

Good place to stay overnight between train journeys into Gare du Nord and out of Gare de Lyons. Right by Chatelet - Les Halles although a bit tricky first time to work out how to exit that station to be near the hotel! Room was fine and I hadn’t expected cooking facilities so maybe next time will make use of those. Good sized shower room and everything very clean. Nice to be able to pop down to reception area to get free coffees. Would stay again.

Minor niggle - Mirrors not in good places to see anything by natural light. Quite pricey.

The location is perfect. It is on the train route direct from the airport, and it is just right next to the train station exit. Also, it is in the middle of city center, within walking distance to most of the shopping places or just a short ride on metro/taxi. Moreover, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities like coffee & hot water station are perfect. On top, the hotel is very new which leads to great comfort.

It is a bit expensive, but reasonable due to its quality.
