I had a very pleasant 7-night stay at Constantine. The hotel exceeded my expectations — based on the reviews I had read, I was anticipating something more basic. However, my room was far from outdated; in fact, it had brand-new furniture, and I could still smell the "newness." The room was spotlessly clean, with good storage space. Although the bathroom was small and square-shaped, it was modern and charming. I had booked a double bed, and I was pleased to receive exactly that — not two single beds pushed together. The room also had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, complete with a table, two chairs, and a hanger for drying clothes. The dining area was always refreshing in the morning thanks to the air conditioning, and there are also outdoor tables by the pool where you can enjoy breakfast in the shade. The hotel offers a shower/bathroom facility for guests who want to freshen up after checking out, which is perfect if you're spending the rest of the day on the island before leaving. The location is great — it’s not in the busiest area, which makes it quieter, yet it’s still just an 8 /10 minute walk to the port and about 15 minutes to the bus station. 8 min walk to Lambi beach. There are many supermarkets in the area. The hotel Wi-Fi worked well. Great value for the money.

I was expecting the breakfast to be better. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because the breakfast appeared to offer variety — and for someone who does not do sugar and dairy products, having options is especially important. However, the selection leaned heavily toward pastries, more of a continental style. That said, the eggs (omelet and boiled eggs), beans, and mushrooms were lovely. There were always some fresh options like tomato, cucumber, and fruit — including apples, watermelon, bananas, and canned peaches. There was no Greek or natural yogurt available, only regular milk and a few cereals. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be rather unfriendly, even after seeing the same faces at the same time every morning.

The room was generally clean. Staff overall friendly. Great that there was a pool. Good kitchen facilities. Good location i.e. close to beach, shops, cafe, restaurant, public transport and major tourist attractions. We got a quiet room facing the neighbouring apartments' pool which was lovely. Great it is not a party hotel.

Pool hours could be started at 7am rather than 10am and extended to 10pm rather than 6pm. The shower enclosure does not contain the water and the rest of the bathroom would be flooded after every shower. The bath curtain does nothing and perhaps made the problem worse. Improve shower drainage. Could do with better guest service. I borrowed the iron and ironing board and I was expected to return them myself. This is usually not the case with other hotels. Maybe help the guests more? Only one key per room regardless of the number of guests.

Handy location for the port, old town and beach. Only stayed one night but both pools looked good. Room comfortable.

Shower curtain wasn’t so effective and a long power cut in the morning meant getting ready to leave was a bit tricky as no lighting at all in the stairwells.

Friendly, helpful staff, great central location and excellent facilities for the money. We were only there for a few hours between catching our 9am ferry from Turgetries and our 4am flight from Kos Airport. Although check in is officially at 3pm our room was ready early and they let us check in shortly after noon. They also booked an early morning taxi for us. We were 3 adults - myself, my son & daughter-in-law - and my 6 year old grandson. We had booked 1 room which turned out to be a well appointed apartment. There was a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, 2 ring cooker, coffee maker, kettle, glassware, cutlery and some cookware , a lounge area with a TV, couch bed and a child's folding bed set up for my grandson. The rooms were air conditioned and both rooms had a balcony. A hair dryer and clothes airer were also supplied. There was a lovely swimming pool at the front of the hotel, where they were holding a pool party with a DJ and live sax player during our stay. The hotel was within easy walk of the port, Dolphin Square and the old town. My whole family enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily stay again. We all agree that it was excellent value for money.

Great staff, very nice breakfast that wasn´t every every day the same. Arrived few hours before official checkinn time and for my big surprise they just gave the key - room was ready. That was very nice.

Good location - easy to find. Very central yet not in the middle of the crowded and noisy restaurants and pubs! Good room. Good breakfast. Very helpful front desk staff. Would go back.

Morning cleaning staff chatting loudly early in the morning without thinking they may wake up guests. Should close the door of their ‘meeting room’. Bathroom a bit tired and could do with an upgrade.

Perfect location - 10 minutes walk to the town centre , 5 minutes walk to the beach . Shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep

Location was central, close to the town center. The hotel has two small pools. Breakfast is okey though there could be maybe more variety. My room had a balcony, fridge and the wi-fi and A/C were working well. Staff is also nice. Bed was comfortable. I would come back.

The fridge was a little rundown but was working properly.

Helpful and hard-working front office staff and the housemaids were awesome.They were all tactful.Breakfast was rich.Thanks for everything.

The beds are old ,needs to be renewed.But tolerable.Shower room was small.

The location was great and the room was specious, breakfast was good the pool side was very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only disadvantage was the common toilets at the bottom floor must be renovated and there was no soap. The assortments at poolside restaurant should be improved. The rest was very nice.
