We stayed in end of May 2025. The food as part of the all inclusive was “excellent”. So much variety and and there were new dishes on the menu for lunches and dinners. All inclusive wines, beers and at least 20 cocktails made with wines, ouza and Raki was included at the pool bar as part of the all inclusive deal. The quality of the meals was excellent and the restaurant staff were amazing. Special thanks for George and Viktoria at the Restaurant for making our staff welcoming. Huge thanks for the Head Chef for the amazing dishes. We also had amazing views from our balcony. Beds were comfy. The hotel had entertaining shows every night.

Front reception staff could be more helpful. We had to ask 4 times for a kettle and tea/coffee to be brought to our room. The room toilet ventilator wasnt working. They declined to pack us a breakfast on our check out date. We were told: we dont give packed breakfast on check out dates. Why? Doesnt make sense.

Good 'all inclusive' service, great meal variety. The staff was really friendly, they offered us a free room upgrade from a deluxe double room to a family suite when we arrived. Special thanks to Mr. Nikos from the Reception for being very helpful. Great view from rooms (sun dawn + see/beach). There is a 'mini club' with various activities for children: drawing, playing, dancing, etc. Highly recommend to visit Sunset Cliffs in the evening which are just about 15 minute walk from the Hotel. Besides that, although the hotel provides free transfers to the Mononaftis beach (which is actually at about 5 minutes by foot in a steep hill), I would recommend to go to the Psaroumoura beach which is lot more cozy and not that far away. Agia Pelagia main sandy beach is at about 20-30 minutes by foot.

For guests with little children it's worth mentioning that in the evening (9-11:30 PM) it can be very noisy due to parties in the hotel (at the main pool, amphitheater's parties are just fine in that regards) and hotels around. So if you want to have quite and calm evenings then it makes sense to consider rooms in so called Annex which are just about 3-5 minutes walk from the main part of the Hotel.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. This is absolutely the best place where we have been so far. Starting from the stunning location superb view of the Aegean sea and beautiful beaches nearby. Rooms cleaned every day, we have been served amazing food with lots of choices and entertainment was on every night after dinner. But the staff deserves a standing ovation...from the reception, shop, restaurant & kitchen, bars to the cleaners every single person went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have never seen a grumpy face (and working ourselves in the hospitality we know how kills this job)and we went at the end of the season which meant they all were very tired, but they all had a contagious smile on their faces. I fell in love with Greece but overall I love its people, they are the most kindest and caring persons I have ever met. I wish I could remember every single name to say thank you personally but I have a bad memory sorry. Thank you thank you. Hope you all have a well deserved break. We will surely see you again soon❤️

Not much choice on the drinks all inclusive, quite limited. WiFi wasn't great in places. Funny smell in room and corridor like cigars

I had the most incredible experience at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel in Agia Pelagia! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like a cherished guest. The resort's location is absolutely breathtaking, perched on a hillside overlooking the stunning Cretan coastline. The panoramic views from my room were nothing short of awe-inspiring, and I found myself captivated by the beauty of the deep blue sea and the serene atmosphere. The staff at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel are second to none. They went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like I was in a home away from home. The level of service truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the Blue Bay Resort Hotel's commitment to sustainability and the environment. Their eco-friendly practices and dedication to responsible tourism really impressed me. It's refreshing to see a resort that cares about the planet and actively take steps to minimize its environmental impact.

Everything was better than my expectation. There was nothing that I did not like or enjoy.

Not enough choice of drinks, needs another restaurant choice. Think kids club should be based nearer the pool area to encourage more people to use it

Everything was superb and the staff were exceptional!!! The front desk staff, lifeguard, cleaners and pool bartenders in particular. Truly a great place to stay for a fun, relaxing holiday! The food and deserts were also beyond expectations. A must stay!

I had an upgrade on arrival, I was happy with the room. Food was adequate, some evenings better than others. Baklava was amazing. Most of the staff were very friendly

Very far from the long beach, 2 euros to play pool. Cocktails were only raki and ouzo based, first all inclusive I’ve been to where vodka, gin etc are not included. We ordered a taxi for 9 people and they turned up and claimed we only ordered for 5/6 people which was stressful

The hotel was in an amazing location, with kind and accommodating staff. The food choices for all three meals were great. The pool and the poolside bar were amazing. Overall, such a great hotel and would resonant to others.

The only issue was the AC wasn’t very good so it was quite warm in the rooms.
