The hotel is very good, breakfasts were excellent. The stuff is very good from the very beginning responding to all my questions and requests and believe me I had a lot cause was travelling with my disabled son. It is always challenging and before the trip I always have to clear up all the details not to get into trouble afterwards. It was the only one hotel from many others in Genova (with facilities for disabled) that really was answering pretty quickly, sending me all necessary photos while others just were frozen and didn't contact me. Special huge greatfulness and respect to the manager Marco who was so nice and helpful! A person is in the right place and definitely should be awarded for his great job!

Location is not the best. Though if you are with the car, then no problems, lots of space for parking. As we were using buses it was pretty long and inconvenient to get anywhere and back especially late at night

Comfortable room with the proviso that they provided ONE twin sized duvet cover (no duvet) for a king sized mattress. Upon request, they delivered three more, whoch sufficed since it was early may. Breakfast was excellent: generous, good quality continental plus some non-sweet items. Service was courteous and efficient. Parking (in the open) was good.

Shower could have been better, but sufficient. Please not this place is 15 minutes from the city on the highway to Milan. It suited us perfecty since it was on our way, and it works for conventions. Not great to visit Genoa.

There are many parking spaces available for hotel guests, which is very convenient, although there is no inside parking (garage). We were happy with the internet speed and connection, which was reliable throughout our stay. The room was nice, comfortable, and had a good bed, ensuring a restful sleep. The location is ideal for passing by visitors like us, with easy access to major routes. The breakfast was rich and of good quality, providing a great start to our day. The hotel is located outside of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), making it easily accessible by car. Communication with the property was great, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The room had an old LCD TV instead of a smart TV, which felt a bit outdated. The tap water was not good for drinking, which was a minor inconvenience. It could be very difficult to find public transport to Genova. Make sure you come by your own car.

We loved that the location was out of town and then offered us some fresh air; we loved the breakfast and the service in the dining room was absolutely impeccable; we love the free parking.

The only small thing was it said it had air conditioning and our room was too hot really at night. I did call down to the front desk and ask for them to reset it but it didn't seem to make much difference and we had it set at 16 and it was still pumping out hot air. Too stuffy.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall, it was a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were modern and fancy, with the added bonus of free parking.

However, the location isn't very convenient if you want to be close to the city. Additionally, I found a few small hairs in the bathroom after arrival, which suggested that the cleaning could be improved. Lastly, the internet speed was very poor.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercure San Biagio. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety to choose from, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located—close to Genoa and easy to reach, which made getting around very simple. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

It was a clean and practical hotel. There was a good breakfast with lots of options and in the evening this was a restaurant. It was simple to add the cost to your room bill. The staff were so lovely and couldn’t help enough.

The rooms are a little dated and in need of renovation. For example there was damage to the carpet in my room. For the price it’s ok, but definitely needs updating.

Convenient location for my work in a not-unpretty spot 15 minutes to the north of the city centre. Got a room upgrade this time which was nice, the superior rooms are more spacious and have a free minibar and nespresso machine. Front of house staff seem friendlier / perkier / happier than on previous visits.

Rooms still have a bit of a dated feel to them though, all dark wood and heavy curtains.

The hotel was clean. The room size was great. I had a privilege room not sure if they are bigger than normal.

The location is a 25 minute taxi ride from the city centre and costs around €30 each way. Probably more in peak season. Taxis can also take up to 20 minutes to arrive and probably much longer during peak season.

I decided to stay in this hotel only because of the parking, I had a lot of luggage, and security was my priority. In fact I was very satisfied with everything so for me, it was perfect for one night away from noise and a lot of people In the morning, i took the ferry from genova Port, which took only 20 minutes driving from the hotel .
