Rooms are super clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was rich with vegan options and traditional grana padano cheese scraping it off directly from the wheel, super courteous staff, free breakfast for the kids (8 and 11). Only 3-4 mins away from the bus going to Venice. Peaceful and quiet. Free parking space. We traveled as a family and they offered two connecting rooms which was super convenient. The wi-fi which was an important part for us was fast and stable and was able to host our Zoom video conference call for 2 hours, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. Everything else was super nice surprise and bonus to the whole experience.

The drain our bathroom was a bit clogged. But was ok in the other room.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous just as described and perfect for the family . The children really enjoyed it and there’s is a lovely outside seating area too . Staff were absolutely exceptional too and so lovely and accommodating . The hotel was overall fantastic and would absolutely recommend it . I would also like to add that the staff were incredibly helpful with regards to traveling around Venice and giving us bus tickets . Would highly recommend!

The only thing I would say is that I wish there were more vegetarian options in terms of pasta dishes aside from that it was perfect !

A new and modern hotel with spacious, spotless rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom is well-equipped with everything you may need. Complimentary water bottles are provided daily, and there's an option for tea and coffee in the room. The hotel is conveniently located near highway exits, making it easy to travel out of Mestre. A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, with the 8E bus offering direct access to Venice. Breakfast is available, and it's only a 5-minute drive to a nearby shopping area and various restaurants.

Too high prices in the hotel restaurant for dinner .

A very nice, clean and modern hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Mestre. It is a bit far from the city center and a 30 minutes bus ride from Venice. The bus station is at 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel so you can get easily anywhere. There are also some restaurants near by ( 15 min walking distance). I would recommend to buy from the hotel a city pass which offers unlimited bus and vaporetto rides. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big enough, clean (I also checked under the bed and it was clean :)) ) beds comfy and we had a delicious variated breakfast. Also the hotel restaurant has delicious food.

I didn't like the fact that the wall in the room had some stains. Being white I think it could get cleaned with a cloth and some soap.

Very nice hotel. Room was tasteful decorated and the bed was comfortable . Unfortunately our dining experience was a disaster. We ordered two the same dinners, but got only one. And plates to share. When we asked when the second dinner is coming they said we have to wait 10 minutes. So we canceled the second dinner and shared . After 15 minutes they came with the second one. Since the dish was not to our liking we declined.No apology nothing. The breakfast was good.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was just ok. Nothing special and probably would not stay here again. Front desk staff were a bit dismissive and seemed annoyed when asked questions. I mean we are tourist in a new country, of course we are going to ask questions smh. The exaggerated breaths and slight eye rolls were comical if not condescending. A fake smile is worse than a frown! And if I’m going to be picky, having the restaurant only for dinner, at 19:30 no less, is super easy inconvenient to guest that have been touring all day and just want to have a quick dinner, shower and bed.

It's a beautiful modern hotel, very well decorated with great facilities. The room was clean, fully equipped, with a mini bar and pretty much everything you gonna need during your stay. The bed was really comfortable, and the workout equipment added that extra little something. It made me feel like a king! The lobby, very cozy with the playroom and bar, gives you such good vibes and makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fully covered with anything. The staff was very friendly and polite, ready to help you with everything you need and also fully inform you with every information about Venice or the location around the hotel. The hotel includes a gym, conference room and parking which it was free of charge. Literally, the only thing that was missing, it's the pool for the hot summer days. There is a bus station very near to the hotel that leads you to Mestre city center station and then just by changing bus, you will reach Venice in a short amount of time. Around the hotel, you can also find supermarkets, media markt and restaurants. I paid 139 euros plus 3 euros city taxes for one night, with breakfast included. Fair and normal price, for a 4 star hotel on a high season (middle of summer) near Venice. Highly recommend, 9 out of 10! 👌

There is nothing negative to mention.

The hotel is easy to reach with a car and the parking is free. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is generous and has an amazing selection of sweets. There is a bus stop nearby with good connections to Venice. Several supermarkets are just a few minutes with the car away.

Coffee for breakfast was terrible for italian standards. You could ask the waiter to bring coffee to your table but it was the same as taking it from the coffee machine at the buffet. The most shabby cafe in town had better coffee to offer. We are a family and booked a "Standard room with One Queen bed and Twin beds". From the description and photos it was not clear if it was one room stuffed with so many beds or if it was two rooms with a connection. Only after check-in we learnt that we had two rooms with a door in between. We liked these rooms but it would be easier for future guests if it were more clear what they are reserving.

Friendly staff except for Michela (night waitress at the restaurant). Comfortable and clean room. Great buffet breakfast. Arcade style games in the lobby. Free parking.

The shower drain was a nightmare, it turns into a pool everytime.

Exceptional hotel in very reasonable distance from Venice. Free Parking at outside parking spots around main building, close bus stop to city center and then tram to Venice. Small, but well equipped gym. Very tasty breakfast and good cocktails in the evening. I become in love with Voco style of hotels. Also, to my surprise, yoga equipment in the room!
