I really, really wanted to give the Moxy full marks because we were greeted and checked in by a very friendly and efficient staff member, and our room and facilities/tech were great. It was also an easy 10-minute walk to Linate Airport, ideal for an early morning flight.

The hospitality staff on the evening shift really let the hotel down in what was otherwise an excellent experience. One in particular behind the bar seemed engrossed in her phone, hardly looked up, and customers had to wave or call out to get her attention. It wasn’t very busy but dishes weren’t cleared from empty tables for over 2 hours - we had a drink, went upstairs and then came back down for dinner and they stayed there the whole time we had dinner. The food was nice enough but if we stayed again we would go in search of another restaurant. We stayed there on a night that the local sushi place was closed otherwise we would have gone there instead.

Perfect airport hotel for a layover or, as in our case, a cancelled flight. It’s just an 8-minute walk from the terminal, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel is modern, very clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with great air conditioning, a comfy bed, and a powerful shower. There are ironing rooms on each floor, equipped with Kärcher steamers – a much better solution than the usual in-room irons that tend to leak. Breakfast had a good variety of items - including pancakes and waffles for the little ones. The hotel also offers a small lunch and dinner menu, with the option to eat in or take away. The lobby area has plenty of comfortable seating, a pool table, and games like giant Jenga and Connect 4 to keep the kids entertained. If you have a few hours to spare before your flight, there’s a great mini golf place just five minutes away by taxi. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay – highly recommended for anyone needing to be near the airport.

The location and the fact you can walk to the terminal (even at night) there is a pathway very safe You can go from the city by tube.

The room was clean the bed comfortable and overall the layout and general feel of the space was business professional. The check in at the bar was anything but professional. Upon entering a traveler is confused if he/she is in the right place, especially if there is an event in the private room spilling over into the common space. The staff was friendly and prompt to check us in, but they also had bartending duties or it appeared so. They serve a bar menu and the pizza and caprese salad were the worst that we had the trip. The Booking site indicates that it is about a 10 minute walk to the terminal but the Google map put us into busy traffic with no walk lanes dragging our luggage, and the cab was 20 euros each way…there maybe better option nearby or stay in Milan and hop the blue line metro direct to LINATE Airport.

Short Distance to the departure terminal. Facilities. Parking space. Cleanliness. Lobby space. Comfy beds. Good air conditioning system. Two elevators. Good shower cabin.

It was disappointing while everything was perfect with this hotel. I found the noise volume (background music) in the lobby in the evening was beyond a comfortable level. It nearly blew my ears off. I wanted to have some drink and chill out cozily but it was impossible because of the overwhelming hard music. Perhaps it was what the staff liked but please ask your guests what they liked!

Walking distance from Milano Linate airport. Also from the Metro. Great for a one night stay if you are flying out early the next morning. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was comfortable. Did not try the bar or restaurant, but looked pleasant. They serve basic, mostly American type food (hamburger, flatbreads, and such). We chose to take an Uber and have dinner at a local restaurant. There are a few within a short ride from the property.

The property was fine, more recommended for a stay before an early flight.

Perfect airport hotel. Clean, extremely comfy beds, quiet, a short walk to the airport, decent breakfast and a convenient bar. We booked in at the very last minute when our flight was cancelled at 11pm and it suited us perfectly. We got a good nights sleep before catching the rebooked flight the next day.

There were two bottles of conditioner in the shower and nothing else. There was a bottle of shower gel/shampoo by the sink that I was able to bring into the shower. Probably just an oversight by the staff though.

Proximity to the airport- within a 10 minute walk. Room comfortable , as was the bed.

Lack of availability of decent simple food- didn’t want pizza so bought a filled roll/ baguette which was disgusting! Completely inedible, dry, tasteless, vacuum packed rubbish bought from a very limited choice in the little food stop. It went straight into the bin. Definitely bring your own sandwiches/ roll with you if it’s just a snack meal you want There are no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room which is a negative.

the breakfast really surprised me for the price, It was better than expected , the amenities also very nice to sleep one night before next flight connection

the location is not good. it supposed to be near of the airport at waking time, but they don’t have shuttle so I decided walk because I arrived late using google maps, but is far in a very bad area , I feel very unsafe walking over empty areas with kids during night for 950m. they need to improve this offering a shuttle service

Large room (we had a bedroom and a living room for a family of 3), very clean and modern. Good buffet breakfast. There is no restaurant for dinner but there are some ready meals available to buy in the lobby that bar staff will be happy to heat up for you. The hotel is within a walking distance from the airport if you know how to get there :-)

We arrived late in the evening and with 3 large bags and a child did not feel comfortable walking to the hotel as it was not signposted and Google maps gave us a weird route that we did not feel comfortable following. Airport taxi said the “standard “ rate is 16(!) euros and the journey was about 5 mins. Next day, in the daylight it was reasonable easy to walk back to the airport and it took about 10-12 minutes
