Well, I can say the staff is always very friendly and helpful! This is my 5th time staying here and its always pleasant and I'll be a repeat customer for sure. The one thing I love about this place it is always clean!!

In general, very much to complain about as it is very convenient and well-maintained place, but if you're a couple looking for some down time and relaxation at the hot tub and pool some weekends are not the best as you have to share with a lot of others at some times.

Staff were so kind at the breakfast. I particularly loved how one waitress sarcastically said 'You're welcome' as guests weren't thanking her - we need more people like and it made my day! I made sure to thank her and she was very polite as I left. The food was ok.

The orange juice - that was the only reason I went to the morning breakfast. I love holiday orange juice. I was so disappointed when it was water that had seen orange 15 years ago... what's with that?

The hotel is clean and the desk staff friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and I was given the extra blanket requested. The location is great if you would like to be near the highway as well as shopping. There is a restaurant on site if you like sports bars

The room has no coffee maker. Coffee is available near the lobby but I prefer a coffee maker ensuite.

The outside needed some work but the inside looked newly renovated and was very nice. The staff were incredibly nice and I was so impressed with the courtesy phone call after checking in to ask if we were satisfied and if we needed anything. I was very impressed with that

Outside needed some work and our shower was leaking into the floor (carpet near the door was all wet). I think the leak is internal and not external (the curtain was in the tub and no leakage there)

The location was really close to the QEW, which was handy for our trip with family to Niagara Falls, but not noisy, as is sometimes the case when that close to a major highway.

The breakfast was very basic. Not much choice. The bathroom setup was inconvenient. We've stayed at hotels before where the sink was outside the tub/toilet area, and that's not a problem. The problem was that there are no plugs provided at the sink, so you can not use an electric shaver, curling iron, hair straightener, etc, at the vanity. Also, there is no towel bar at the sink, where one would wash their hands, and if someone is in the bathroom, you don't have access to towels in there. I hung a hand towel from a coat hanger in the closet to remedy to problem.

The property was in a good location as it was close to different places we wanted to go. It was close to the highway but we did not hear it. The best thing about the property was the staff. They were SO friendly and kind. Right from the front desk people to the people who did laundry and cleaned rooms. Everyone greeted you with a smile and were happy to do anything to make our stay better. The kitchen staff were also excellent. Very few times have we had someone pick up our dishes at a hotel breakfast, but they did here! There was a great variety of food and the staff were quick to replenish anything that needed. I’m not sure how they have done it, but they have great, friendly people working here.

The property is older but included everything we needed for our stay.

We liked the hotel and the room and staff. The only thing we weren't too happy with was the bathroom. It was small for the size of the room and the toilet continued to run after flushing. The stopper flap kept getting stuck and didn't always close causing the toilet to run. We had to jiggle the handle repeatedly to fix the issue. Other than that our stay was great.

The bed was super comfy. Lots of amenities. Arcade. Pools. Sauna. Snack bar. Balcony's.

Not enuf towels. T.v had streaming with netflix and YouTube but no mircast or screenmirroring or airpkay. In pens or notepad. The plugs on the lights suck.balcony easily reached by climbing the trellis.

The Guest Service Manager Tami is the gem of the hotel. To any question I had, she provided the perfect solution, and every interaction was just so enjoyable. She is super friendly and helpful, and made me and my friend feel very special and welcome at the hotel. The interactions with her made my stay a very memorable one.

The fridge and AC are relatively noisy, as were the guests below my room, but it didn't keep me from sleeping well, so I wouldn't complain about it. The breakfast is a bit on the scarce side, but good enough if you just need something to get you going.

There was no coffee machine in the room. The front desk clerk said B.W. was doing a trial at their facility with no coffee machines in the room. When we notified her that we would like to have one, she immediately had one brought to our room.
