Nice hotel, location great, new hotel, great restaurant & fabulous breakfast. It shows jacuzzi & sauna, but it requires prior appointment to use & must do it by 9 pm, so that is not convenient & was unable to use. Should note this on the description...

Great breakfast, very nice, kind and helpful personal

Had a room at the street side for the first night. It was very loud because of the restaurants and bars near by, and a very annoying fighting couple next door. After complaining at the next day, became inmediately a pretty quiet room at the back side. In this one I could hear the neighbours talking and the music they heard, but just over day hours. In the night was quiet.

Our 1st time in Bogota, and this hotel was a great decision. The staff is very friendly and always look out to help... Very happy with the staff. The Cosmos hotel is located to everything you want..Walking distance to Grocery, CVS kind of store, restaurants of all kinds and the UniCenter Mall is 15 min walking... Great place to stay. We will be there again next time we visit.

The one issue we had was hearing a lot of noise from the guests next door, but once we told Front Desk the issue was gone. The rest of the stay was great

The room, spacious, comfortable, I particularly liked the wood floors.

Issues with WiFi, after an afternoon troubleshooting they finally changed me to another room. The restaurant doesn't charge to the room's bill.

All the staff are excellent especially Guillermo. He was so friendly and nice. The hotel is in an excellent spot in the city. I highly recommend staying here and booking the spa.

What I expected, and beds and room confortable.

I eat mainly fruit for breakfast, and arrived back to Bogota, and simply would have liked a larger choise, but was quite satisfied.

no leaflets for cleaning room or DO NOT DISTURB signs to leave at the door. cleaners didn’t clean the toilet and didn’t take the garbage when they came to clean my room. The room had a loud noise when the room next to me was taking a shower, very disturbing. the safe box was not working. overall despite few things I would stay again. thanks 🙏

Great location and facilities. The staff solve the issues during the check-in. A nice breakfast, better than we spectated.

A little noise between the rooms but nothing really bad

It was my second stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely polite, kind and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is exceptional. It is my must stay hotel when I travel to Bogota.

The breakfast buffet drop quality and quantity. Compare with the first time I stayed at the hotel they removed the selection of hams and chesses along with jelly and butter. Also there was only on selection of juices. It was so much better the first time. There is no bartender. We wanted to order some cocktails in the evening and there was no one available to prepare it for us. Were were provided an old drink menu with old prices, they mentioned there menu was out of date. It would be great if the could improve it for future guests.
