Excellent locations. Great views. Friendly staff and always very helpful. Had very convenient on site free parking which was easily available. Right above the Cave Bar which was a great feature. It was a 10min walk from a small beach as well. Very family friendly place. The breakfast was excellent as well! It was a €5-6 Uber ride from the Old Town. Would recommend parking at the hotel and use the car for excursions to Mostar, Bosnia and to Kotor, Montenegro. The hotel had some nice restaurants nearby as well. You can also download the Glovo Delivery app for food delivery to the hotel if in the mood for a sneaky Pizza or Chinese.

The room service charge of €15 for anything from the restaurant was a bit steep. But minor when compared to all the great things the hotel had to offer.

We got upgraded to a room with a balcony and great views. The room was spacious with a separate large bedroom and sitting room. The location is right on the Adriatic Sea, so we spent most of our days by the sea enjoying the views and the water. The hotel is also next to the promenade that goes into the shopping and dining area in that part of Dubrovnik. It couldn't have been more convenient.

For such an expensive hotel, the breakfast buffet could have been better, but it wasn't bad. Our room was a little noisy from traffic and people walking above us, But, again, it wasn't bad.

Location is beautiful, I recommend a sea facing room. We loved swimming off the rocky platform ( no annoying sand!) , plenty of space with sunbeds and shade. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the breakfast lovely with so much choice and all very calm. Beautiful promenade path runs along the front of hotel for strolling along & you can walk to a variety of restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars etc Dubrovnik old town is a short taxi ride away.

Wonderful, quite location out of the hustle and bustle of old town. Beautiful view of the surrounding bay and within walking distance of the Baotic Marina. Rooftop infinity pool and bar to cap off your day and with the hotel being “adults” only it’s quite and peaceful.

Nada! We stayed there two different times on our 21 day trip to Croatia

Everything was perfect. The room sizes are brilliant at this hotel, definitely the biggest room I’ve ever had in a hotel before. The staff are all really friendly too! The uber taxi is less than €10 to old town which was perfect and the place where the hotel was located was really peaceful! Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Allowing the public to take spots on sunbeds near the sea. That should be reserved for paying guests.

We had to climb approximately 74 stairs to our room. This would have been nice to know since we were traveling with our 14 year old on crutches because of a broken leg. We also tried to cancel a second room that was no longer needed but they wouldn't cancel the room. I asked for a credit a couple of times over the phone and via email with no reply. Very disappointed as this is a very expensive hotel.

This property is a gem. Located near the Lozica Beach around Lapad Bay, the property is a beautiful resort with supremely comfortable rooms, pristine rocky beaches, Michelin quality restaurants and friendly staff. The famous Cave Bar, with a well stocked bar built into a cave among the rocky promontory where this property is located, belongs to this property and is the perfect spot to lounge in the Dalmatian sun or catch a romantic sunset with your favorite drinks. The property is also located close to the nearest bus stop that has buses taking you to Dubrovnik Old Town. The restaurants in this property serve amazing Dalmatian meat and seafood cuisine and to me were Michelin star worthy. The view of the idyllic Lapad Bay from these restaurants, especially during breakfasts, were breathtaking and encouraged us to eat outside on the terrace overlooking the bay in spite of the heat of the summer. Just below the hotel there is a long concrete walkway that leads to the Sunset Beach, as well as to a bustling part of Lapad with more restaurants, shopping centers and other amenities. Our three days in Lapad / Dubrovnik were very well spent in this property. This property is very very expensive in everything, but if staying for a relatively short time, completely worth it.

The location is amazing, the views from the hotel pools and restaurants are stunning. Food in Restaurant More was excellent we ate here twice! It is only a 15 min taxi to the old town or there is a bus you can get also which is a short walk from the hotel. The Cave Bar is excellent during the day for drinks by the sea. The hotel is also close to other hotels that have great sunset bars and restaurants if you'd like to explore the area a bit.

Unfortunately one of the elevators was out of order during our stay and it was the direct elevator to our side of the hotel, we needed to walk to the other side of the hotel and get a different elevator and then walk back to our side whenever we wanted to get to our room. Not the worst situation but a little frustrating at times.
