I recently had the pleasure of staying in Amsterdam for three days, and my experience was greatly enhanced by the outstanding service provided by Aisha at the hotel reception. From the moment I arrived, Aisha went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She not only recommended fantastic places to visit but also helped organize a kind and reliable man named Zen to take me around the city. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, paired with her exceptional customer service, truly made my trip memorable. Aisha has a magnificent aura that brightens the atmosphere and makes every guest feel valued. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism. Except for the location which I should have considered, it’s a very chilled place

I'm an Asian traveller, I feel very comfortable staying in Blue Mansion Hotel, the smiling from crews is the best language. The desk lady, Aesher, who's taking care of our accommodations perfectly. We arrived in the morning at 0800, and she arranged the early check-in room in a very efficient way, with much care. The reply from Mr. Dawari about my booking was very quick and satisfied. Everything was well arranged. Very much recommendations to everyone who would like to experience the warm and home-like atmosphere hotel near Schiphol Airport.

The front desk is open 24/7 so that was nice. Free parking in front of the hotel was always available. Breakfast was ok, rooms are pretty small but the beds were comfy.

Communication with the hotel was not great. I wrote to them in advance to ask if an earlier check in was a possibility, they responded it might be but they will do their best on the day of the arrival. However when we arrived they were clueless about the request, they then told us there was an extra charge and only then proceeded with room cleaning so this was really surprising and unexpected. Also, we paid for breakfast day by day, but one staff member kept chasing us around the dining area checking like 10 times whether our breakfast was paid for (and it was!!) making me feel really uncomfortable like we were there trying to steal food or something.

I recently stayed at BlueMansion Hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, is very well-maintained, and offers excellent amenities. What made the experience even more special, however, was the service. Aisha deserves a special mention! She was outstanding in her role and made sure everything went smoothly. Her friendliness, professionalism, and dedication truly enhanced my stay. Aisha is clearly a valuable asset to the team! Reasonably close to bus stop for Amstelveen and thence to Amsterdam museums etc. Reasonably priced room for the location. Good handy parking outside the hotel. Easy access by road to nearby towns like Haarlem and Hoofddorp. A few English-language TV channels available. Good en-suite shower facility. Helpful people on reception. Big choice of food at breakfast.

The main room lighting could be brighter. The coffee/tea machine produced water that was barely hot enough to make a decent cuppa!

Her warm and professional demeanor made me feel truly welcomed. Additionally, I must commend Luba from housekeeping for keeping my room impeccably clean and ensuring everything was just perfect during my stay. The combination of excellent service, convenient location, and cozy ambiance makes Blue Mansion Hotel a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Nothing honestly

After a few long flights it is very good to reach hotel in a very short time/distance from airport. The location is very silent so a good sleep is inevitable. Free parking is a big plus. Very rich breakfast which deserves more than you pay for it. Clean and comfortable room with a extra comfort bed. And a perfect shower experience which you do not waste your time to set temperature. I will prefer again. Thanks to all staff for their smiles and warm dialogs which make you feel at home.

Wide showers, buttons to switch from the shower to the small douche, modern. The temperature can only be adjusted if the window is closed (very nice), there's s telephone to talk to the reception or order food. The telephone also has radio and bluetooth, Ive connected it to my Spotify and had a good time. The coffee machine is good. Staff was very attentive. Lavatory right when I got in the room, I'm always washing my hands so it was nice to have it there. Location is very calm and useful, there's a great market nearby. WIFI QR is offered straight away.

No vegan options in the menu. There came people knocking on my door 3 times. One tried to enter and probably was a mistake, quickly left. The other wanted to fix the room card holder and the last asked if I wanted cleaning service. There should be a kettle and a bottle opener. Some cutlery helps too. Someone in the staff told me the late checkout was 20€, when I went to checkout I was asked to pay 25€, I refused and they accepted but that can't happen anyways.

The design is modern. The room was warm, with comfortable beds. The drapes were amazing and kept the light out with no gaps between them. It's a great value for the money we spend for it.

The parking on the hotel was small and had to park most of the times to locations near the hotel. The room was a bit small, and had a place for only one suitcase, the bathroom sink being outside the bathroom, which was a bit annoying.
