Nice location, free shuttle runs often and is very convenient (beware - there are two IBIS hotels next to each other, check the blue and red colors). Breakfast OK for this price. Decent accomodation for a sleepover, espcially if you are alone.

It is not clear from the text or images that there is no real bathroom "room". There is a separate toilet without the sink, there is the sink in the room by the bed, and there is the shower cabin directly in the room. Could be quite inconvenient if you are not alone in the room. Also, the upper part of the bunk bed is not stable - the sides which you could hold on to while you are climbing are not fixed properly. The climber should be brave. :-)

I had a great stay at ibis budget Amsterdam Airport. The hotel is clean, modern, and very convenient, especially for those needing to be close to the airport. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and everything well stocked. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which made things much easier. From the airport, it’s easy to catch a train straight to Amsterdam city center, so even though the hotel isn’t downtown, the location works really well. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable stay with good access to both the airport and the city.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and ready for us. It was very close to the airport and the shuttle bus was so relevant.

The heat was not working at all. It was so cold and even when we asked for assistance nothing was really done. We had to huddle together and cover with all the blankets as it was just one night and we were too tired to make a big deal.

Stayed 2 nights in early June, dry moderate weather; 2nd stay at an ibis (blue) Budget Hotel this trip. Ok location across highway from airport in newly renovated (staff said Feb 2023) building, right next to ibis (red… standard?) Hotel. About a 20 min bus trip to/from Amsterdam Central Train Station from airport stop; punctual roundtrip free 5-7 minute bus shuttle between hotel & airport (look for ibis Hotel sign in bus pickup area at airport) every 20-30 min or so when we needed it (schedule available at hotel), sometimes pretty crowded. *Note: If coming from Central Train station, take bus to airport, then catch shuttle. Room good although a bit cramped as in Paris experience, private toilet and shower, a/c good, electrical outlets adequate, good elevator, excellent soundproofing in busy building (little-to-no guest noise; could not hear any outside… significant airplane!... noise at all with window closed). Large parking lot for each hotel. Did not purchase breakfast option, but smallish area in lobby where it was served was busy in mornings. Snacks & prepackaged sandwiches/wraps, soft drinks, coffee available for purchase; had microwave to heat items also… used it with my personal mug to heat water for instant coffee and tea we packed. Staff advised ibis red next door had bar, beer/wine to go, food (burgers) to go; walked over, very busy there, prices a bit steep to me; check hours if interested. McDonald’s across highway is probably 10-15 min walk. Can’t say enough about desk staff… excellent customer service (answered questions, printed 2 documents I needed), always friendly and smiling. Kudos especially to desk staff members Dante & Lidia (spelling?).

No electric kettle in room.

The location, the room and the facilities were all appropriate for a short stay (one night). Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The free bus shuttle service makes staying here very easy and - in our case - we liked the fact that the hotel was not located in the main airport area. Sitting outside enjoying the nearby lawns and lovely weather was welcome.

The foods available at the property and the breakfast arrangements could be made more explicit, especially when booking through sites such as Booking.com. Shuttle bus-drivers could be more clear about which of the hotels the bus has stopped at - not so obvious to first timers. I thought the hotel was quite expensive for a budget hotel - especially for any food extras.

Shuttle service was invaluable, queue not too long to check in, room was available straight away! It has everything we need and the bus to city was a few minutes walk away and ran every 10 minutes ; 0 If you wanted food and drinks they had that too!

There were two teens and 1 adult and with our cases there was just enough room to move around the room. There needs to be another 50 cm at the bottom of the bed as the shelf there makes it difficult to move in the room without hitting your head! So for our USA friends - a little too cosy/small. However it ticked all the boxes for what we needed.

Great cheap value hotel near a bus stop (albeit 5-10 minute walk so don’t book if you’re not able bodied to do that daily there and back after walking all day). McDonald’s near by, small shop in hotel lobby and optional breakfast. Comfy bed, good shower and toilet. For the money, amazing value and the price is enough to negate the small drawbacks.

A mini fridge would’ve been a good addition, as we had to eat fresh food asap or only buy dried goods. Toilet was great but could have a bit more space to the door.

You don't have to make special arrangements for the shuttle. It comes on a posted schedule. The staff is amazing, from clear informational instructions before arrival, to being helpful at the desk. Many of the rooms are on a quiet back section, away from the road, facing the trees. There's a little food (ramen, snacks) for sale in the lobby in addition to breakfast (which I didn't have, but smelled yummy). The room has all the basics that you need, and a comfortable bed. They were flexible with check-in, which I really appreciated! I booked this room last minute when I got stuck in Amsterdam due to a strike, and was very grateful for it.

The shuttle didn't start back up in time (doesn't run until 3:50 am) to get me back to the airport, so the 7 minutes in rideshare cost about 16 euro (pricier during other parts of the day, so the free shuttle really is a money saver).

The shuttle bus was great. Easy to find at airport. Breakfast was good value and clean towels each day was a bonus as well . The sound proof windows gave us a great sleep as hotel located next to motor way. Overall great value and handy to airport and only short bus ride to airport .

The shower head holder was worn and the shower head kept flopping down during our shower which was a bit annoying for us and then it would spray on the door and create a puddle on the room side . Although easy to wipe , it could prevented

I was looking for a clean budget-friendly location near the Amsterdam airport, waiting for my spouse to fly in the next morning on the morning after I flew in from another country. The room was quite small but efficiently organized and clean. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport that operated frequently enough to be convenient for me. The staff was surprisingly friendly (given how busy they were and, hey, it's such a bargain that I wasn't expecting great customer service). Since I needed dinner when I arrived, I walked a block over to the full-service Ibis and had a late dinner there (buying a beer in the bar and taking it up to the "diner" upstairs, as the diner was still open at about 9:30 (but I got there for 'last call'). There was even a tiny desk I could briefly work on with my laptop. It would have been pretty cramped with two people but I would say would be ok if all one wants is a little sleep and a shower. [An example: I'm not sure two of us could have opened up two large suitcases without some acrobatics/accessing one temporarily on the bed.] I'd definitely stay here again if I needed something convenient for the airport.
