Love the location!! Really close by a lot of tourists spots and centre/shops

The location was perfect and easy to by public transport. Vibrant area full of cafes and restaurants around the canals. Cozy, little rooms with windows for a solo traveler or a couple. We were recommended to stay in a partner hotel (The Townhouse Hotel) as the available rooms at ITC hotel were in the basement. Thanks for recommendation! :)

Rooms were quite small but I was aware of it. Good to have small bags because there is little space for two people. The stairs were quite steep, but I guess it's a part of Amsterdam culture. Good to keep in mind for people with disabilities. The hotel could provide complimentary tea/coffee.

Hotel was great and staff were all very friendly. I was able to check in a few hours early, with no extra fee. Staff was able to provide me with a kettle for the room and an iron, when needed. Other reviews have commented about noise- but honestly, what do you expect? You are in the heart of the city, overlooking the canal. The building is old, the floors may be creaky and the walls thin, but the location is prime. I personally travel with a small white noise machine (or use an app) and use ear plugs. Problem solved. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Staff is more than accommodating. Absolutely worth it for the price and location. Tram station is right outside the front steps. Absolutely worth it!

Booked 5 nights in this hotel which features canal view and excellent location. First two nights we stayed in the double room which had a canal view but was extremely small room where you can barely move or open your luggage. Had to upgrade to triple room just in order to have a room with decent space. Otherwise reception staff are very helpful and welcoming. Tram line 4 is at the doorstep which makes going to the dam square, central station, etc very easy, one may walk to these areas as well. I’ve included a photo for the view from the window.

Hotel it is in the city center (quiet place), so it was very convenient for me and my daughter. Everything accessible on foot! 👍 The staff was friendly and always helped us. I was alone with my daughter, so I welcomed all the information for me. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality And for feeling safe in your hotel. The recklessness of a group of girls and their coming and going to the hotel at night. Despite the fact that the hotel warns about nighttime quiet. But since it was one night, we didn't deal with it 👍

I originally booked another hotel for a similar price and expected it to be like in the pictures (it was not) and was met with a tricky situation, looking for an affordable hotel in amsterdam. Luckily ITC popped up on booking and i was so happy to find something in such a quick pinch for such an amazing price. It was for 3 adults for one night and not only were the staff very helpful with getting our room set up so fast, the room was clean and bright and very worth the price. The only downside was the lack of AC on such a hot day but in every other regard it was extremely worth it and right in the centre

The bed was comfortable, but they only give you one small pillow each, we asked for another 2 and they only gave us 1. The shower was great and the location was okay

The internet kept dropping out periodically. The stairs to get to the second floor of the alternate building were extremely steep, like climbing up a ladder. The location was alright, about a 15-20 minute walk to get to the more central areas. The shelf in the bathroom was also falling off the wall.

Greeted by a very welcoming man on reception, very friendly and helpful. No problem checking in or out. Clean room, little window for fresh air, clean toilet and bathroom. Perfect location. Don’t expect the world, but definitely a little hidden gem within Amsterdam. Used this hotel as a place to sleep, It really served its purpose very well. Would definitely recommend.

Yes, the walls and doors are a little thin. But have experienced much worse in Amsterdam. Bring your ear plugs and you will have a comfortable stay.

It is extremely well located in one of Amsterdam's most charming "Grachts" (water canals). It is equidistant from Centrum and the museums' park. Our room was a front room with a window to the canal in a building on the other side of the street.

It could be cleaner (mainly the floor and under the bed). The front door makes a noise whenever someone comes in, so a door holder or coil would be nice. The mattress is also a little loose from the bed and slips as we move during the night.

I loved the location, it was slightly apart from the main touristy neighborhoods, but had everything close by, & many pubs & cafes. Affordable bike rental made my stay especially fun.

This is an expensive city & hotels aren't cheap. Hence I chose a room with shared bath. Very clean though, & there was a sink in my room... Though it was quite small.
