It's optimally located approx 15 min train ride from Schiopol Airport, Amsterdam. Another 15 minbto reach Centraal station. Tram at 100 m from the hotel. Very well connected to visit all parts of Amsterdam city and periphery. What we loved: Big Rooms with good views. Well equipped bath , electric iron & TV channels. What can Improve: The In house Room service needs to improve, however Room cleaning was excellent. Will rate if 10/10 if they can improve Room service delivery.

Big room with a coach, safe, iron, kettle and coffee machine. Close to public transport (tram 4, metro 50, 51 with lead to city center and stations in 20-30 minutes) Huge family-friendly hotel but quiet. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning. Sofa-bed is comfortable too. There is a 24/7 shop in the hall, with coffee and snacks but with very expensive prices. We booked 2 months in advance and the price was really convenient for the Netherlands' standards.

Bedroom has got carpet and it wasn't vacuumed when we arrived. Even though we asked 3 members of the staff during the afternoon, it wasn't cleaned until the next day. The 5th floor corridor carpet wasn't vacuumed either. Full of blonde hair and food.

Good location next to the subway (2 lignes actually if you walk a bit), closest is 5min and other one is at 10 min walk Daily room service is appreciated, and rooms are clean. Big TV, small fridge and coffee machine/kettle.

The bed was big but sadly not good for our backs. Backaches every mornings. The room isn't soundproof The shower glass isn't long enough and a lot leaks on the floor when showering

Nice hotel, very nice staff, clean, very comfy beds.

Please be aware Hotel is at least 20 mins or more from City Central Station. Buy water and bring to room, which provide fridge. Shop downstairs is extremely expensive.

The reception staff were friendly and approachable. Its a busy hotel, but the most outstanding bit for me was the breakfast- overwhelming choices with global flavors, fresh pastries, hot dishes, healthy options, and indulgent delights. Plus chef preparing omelettes on the go. Evenings you have set menu -we ate their once and ordered from Uber eats for rest of the evenings which the hotel gratefully took delivery of and passed on to us. Location- its 150-200m walk to Tram station and Metro was also within walking distance. You are in Centraal within 15 mins max. Room was clean and functional with comfortable beds. No complaints at all.

Air Con was not working. But thats fine, we could sleep with windows open.

The room was very comfortable and had multiple seats so we did not have to sit on the bed, and there was optimal storage space for the luggage. The breakfast had a lot of variety from cooked eggs to scrambled to freshly made custumized omlettes, differernt kinds of bread, cheese and ham, smoked fish, pancakes, mueslis, yogurts and fruits. I think I also saw a traditional Asian breakfast corner with kimchi, pickled eggs and soup. So many options - it was great. The hotel is very close to the Amsterdam RAI railway/metro station. It's very well connected to the city.

The aircondition in the room blew cold air at us during the night - not at a strong setting, but still a bit uncomfortable.There was no way to regulate this myself.

Everything was good, we were received by the employee whose name is Aline, I think the check-in was very smooth and fast and I was given a room upgrade because this is my third time in this hotel. I thank Aline for the good reception and for upgrading the room. The breakfast was very good, everything was organic and fresh. When checking out of the hotel, I forgot my personal belongings in the room, there was money and passports. I called the hotel an hour after leaving and they dealt with it quickly and told me that everything was fine and they kept my bag with them until my arrival. Everything was present and intact. I thank the hotel management and the staff working in it for this honesty and good reception.

Our room is clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable, I slept like a baby I love the complementary water everyday. The breakfast is the best! Easy check-out. Very helpful staffs. They have a small playroom for toddlers. Public transportation to the center is just 5mins walk. There are a big park with outdoor playground like 8mins walk if you are traveling with kids. My daughter liked it there. There are also different animals.

Though the parking is private and just infront, I guess it is so expensive. We had a dinner in their restaurant and please don't order the steak. Me and my husband both had beef steak, he got medium and i got medium rare. Both are like so hard to eat, it's like a rubber and probably that was the most expensive dish in their menu.

Absolutely everything! The staff was friendly—especially the lovely Martina, who helped us with some city tips. The hotel facilities were great, and the location was exceptional! I had booked a room with two single beds, but I messaged the hotel asking if a double bed could be arranged, as it was my husband's birthday. Not only did they provide a double bed, but they also decorated the bed with a "Happy Birthday" sign, left some stroopwafels, and included a drinks voucher for the hotel bar. Location: There was a bus stop just 5 minutes away that took us directly to the Keukenhof Tulip Fields. The RAI train station was also 5 minutes away and only a 10-minute ride from the airport. Tram line 4 took about 30 minutes to reach the city center, but there was also the metro (Noord) option, which got us there in just 8 minutes. I loved everything about the hotel and recommend it without any doubts.

Really lovely modern hotel that is incredibly clean. Great facilities and restaurant and the little shop on site is lovely. Our stay could have been ruined by a guest in another room but on reporting this to the hotel staff they moved us to another room straight away and were very very accommodating. We really appreciated this and it was fantastic customer service. Catch the tram 4 into the city centre about 20-25 minutes away from a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Train station also a 3 minute walk. Little bit out the way but with easy forms of commute. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Nothing not to like. We stayed over New Year’s Eve so other guests louder than usual but not hotels fault and can imagine at other points of the year this would be a very quiet stay
