Location was everything in our choosing to stay at ibis Styles Delft City; easy walking (or cycling!) distance to historic Delft, the canals and local restaurants, and access to both trams and trains within a 3-minute walk from the hotel. We were able to make super easy day trips to both Rotterdam and The Hague and enjoy all that Delft has to offer as well. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable with views over a park. The hotel offers complimentary hot drinks and pastries in the lobby, too, which was a nice touch. Parking was easy to find in one of Delft's underground car parks and cost us about 20 euros a day; we really didn't need our car during our stay as access to everywhere was so easy.

My partner and I are both massive coffee/tea drinkers; unfortunately, kettle did not come as standard at this location due to the complementary drinks downstairs. One of us would go down each morning to grab us some coffee, which must have made us both a funny, groggy sight in the mornings! I'm sure if I had remembered to request a kettle in advance like I usually do, one would have been provided for us, but certainly something to keep in mond of you enjoy a late night hot chocolate or an early morning coffee in bed.

So central and easy to find. Walking distance from pretty much everything. Spotless rooms etc. Would definitely come back again for location and facilities. Literally everything in walking distance you wanna go to Rotterdam for the day? You wanna go to yourUtrecht the day you want to go anywhere you’ve got trains trams and delft itself within walking distance.

Found staff very negative. They weren’t interactive borderline unfriendly ,no interest in interacting given information etc. the day we were checking out we were offered a area map really feel they could’ve offered that on the day we were checking in. Two lovely girls on duty the second day of our stay. Made such a difference.

The hotel is incredibly clean and attractive. The bed was firm and comfortable. The windows opened generously in the room we had and the bathroom was nicely lit with a great waterfall shower. There is a solid buffet breakfast and the hotel is literally 100 steps from the Delft train station and five minutes to the old city.

Arriving 90 minutes before checkin and being told there is a room ready only to follow that with ‘if you pay us 15 euros extra.’ Is the fee really worth the taste that leaves? If the room is ready, why not let us occupy it? We didn’t even ask. There is no hardship to the hotel, leaves guests pleasantly surprised and avoids a second checkin encounter 90 minutes later.

This is a simple hotel, nothing fancy, no major frills and it was exactly what we wanted. The room was good sized and very clean. The hotel was a quick walk from the train station and a short walk to everything we wanted to see including the historic Delft city center, TU Delft, and the Delft factory/tour. It's a perfect place to locate to tour the area, proximity to the train station makes it simple to hop a train almost anywhere in the area including the Hague, Rotterdam, Gouda, and any number of other cities radiating out from the station.

Having coffee in the room would be nice. I understand there is free coffee downstairs, but being able to get coffee first thing in the morning without having to walk downstairs would be nice.

I like the foc coffee & tea station where hotel guests can get coffee & tea to drink 24x7 and can bring to the room to enjoy. It also offers the balance croissants & fruits after morning breakfast.

Cold Plain water is not offer and there's no bottle plain water provided. Guests were told to drink plain water directly from tap which one may not feel good. There's a small incident where the receptionist said we did not pay for the 1 day breakfast. I'm surprised that they did not have the record that we have paid on the day when we opt for breakfast in the hotel. The receptionist demanded to show the credit card transaction before she acknowledged we have paid and let us go. I wonder why the hotel did not have the payment record kept and needed the guest to show proof of payment which is very weird and made us very uncomfortable.

Simple but very comfortable. Clean room, bathroom. Coffee and tea facilities are not in your room but available in the lobby 24/7, which was fine for a short stay. Location was perfect for a late evening arrival by train, no searching to find the property. Comfortable bed, town centre is very close

Reception desk is placed a bit random. Staff also seemed a bit distantiated, but that could have been caused by their weird location in the lobby.

The location of the hotel is excellent. When we arrived we upgraded to a Family room. The staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. I think the breakfast could have had more choice. ( No Toaster !!! ). The station is only a stone throw away, which helps to visit other cities. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. A very enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and the location was great.

I was surprised to find that there was no fridge in the room, which would have been very helpful during my stay. It’s a basic amenity I expected, especially for longer stays or when traveling with children. Other than that, everything else was fine and the staff was friendly.

I love love love the location of the hotel! The train station was only 2 minutes away, and the tram and bus stations were literally right at the doorstep! Shops and the city center were close by and everything was so convenient to get to. I did not have breakfast but the coffee machine helped when I was feeling peckish. I was salute the staff. They were all so helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect. If I had to stay something, then having a kettle in the room would make the stay complete.

Location next to the Delft central transit made it convenient to go anywhere in the Netherlands. Also great access to old city center of Delft, with beautiful views and history

The shower was open and did not have a lip on the floor, so water went everywhere! Which they’d planned for because you get a great squeegee for the floor. It was a nice hot shower until you had to squeegee the whole floor and splash yourself with the now freezing standing water that had escaped to flood the rest of the bathroom.
