Location was very good being only 10 minutes from the central train station and therefore the centre of town. The staff were all very amiable and accommodating. The decor was very modern and stylish. Having a coffee pod machine in the room was great! The breakfast was also good but could be improved with a change in variety of offering from time to time.

Air con in our room was a little noisy and did not seem to be accurate in measuring the temperature. Their was not enough storage space to hang all your clothes, adding a couple of hooks for outdoor clothes would help.

Location of hotel was good - approx 10 minutes walk from Centraal Station. I love to discover a city via walking but tram stop nearby for those who want easier access to Rotterdam. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean with good Internet.

The decor of the room and lighting presented certain problems. Black walls does make the room quite oppressive. Desk area had no good lighting for reading/using laptop. I had to use flashlight on my phone to read instructions on safe. Likewise no good lighting at the basin - when shaving couldn't clearly see whether my face was completely clean-shaven as light focused on right side but not left. Also quite bizarrely there were no towel rails to hang and dry towels.

the staff was very nice and kind, service was easy and well done. room was comfortable and clean. batbroom was great and spacious. and the hotel is located in a great area for visiting the city. its both on a 10 minute walk from both the zoo and the city center which is great, the transit connection is also great and for those with a car they can offer a parking which is great for the fare you pay.

The rooms have a minimalist, contemporary, black and gray look. They are spacious, comfortable and quiet with high quality drapes and a great shower. The hotel is an easy 10-15 minutes walk from Rotterdam Centraal station on Weena Ave. It offers to store your bags. There is complimentary mint water, tea and coffee ( and fresh fruits outside breakfast hours) in lobby. You can rent bikes from the hotel.

The desk in the rooms is rather small and could greatly benefit from a table lamp with outlets. Some people may consider the lighting in the rooms to be on the dim side. Also they have no luggage racks. The room could easily accommodate two racks The elevator had a slight sewer smell.

Location is excellent, quite short walking distance from the railway station and quiet surroundings. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Nice that there was a electric kettle in the room to boil water for tea (and some kind of a coffee machine, too).

Our room was small and cramped. There was no rack or hooks for hanging clothes or other items. The lighting was insufficient taking account that the whole interior is very dark, mostly black. The same applies to the bathroom which was really dark. Dark interior looks stylish but it is very impractical if there is not sufficient lighting. The pillows were bad, hard and uncomfortable. Luckily it rained only on one day, otherwise it would have been really difficult to get clothes dry. A room in a boutique hotel can be fancy, but it should not be impractical.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Easy booking and checking in. Extremely clean and a very modern style of decoration.

Whilst the shower room was clean and very modern, there were two issues. 1. There was no towel rail or towel radiator, which meant the damp/used towels had to either be put on top of the clean dry towels or put on the floor. 2. The very modern sink unit was very poory designed (not the hotels fault) and didn't drain leaving deposits on the flat base. In the bedroom again, there was no radiator, or, space to hang any damp or wet clothes. This was a particular issue as it rained heavily during our stay.

Excellent location, 10’ walk to the central station and about 30’ walk to all the tourist spots. The room is quite spacious and has a lot of LED strips (mood lighting), which is a reeeally nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and it was, overall, an excellent stay.

I thought there could have been a bit more light in the bathroom but the LED strips were a really nice touch. Maybe, if they were dimmable, it would be the best of both worlds. Anyway, an excellent stay.

Hotel was indeed boutique style, very chic and stylish with a sense of design. Bed was comfortable and linen were very friendly to sensitive skin like mine. Short walk to tram and manageable walking distance to central station. Staffs are all vert friendly and helpful.

There was no table lamp on the desk, it was difficult to work without proper lighting. So it lacked of lighting near the mirror area in the bathroom too. There was no hair conditioner.

Comfortable and warm room in a good location. The hotel had bicycles for hire which we hired for 1 day. They also allowed us to stow our bags after check-out.

The lighting in the bathroom was very poor, it made it hard to use the mirror. It was quite a small room and the angle of the bed and the furniture made it difficult getting to the bathroom for the person furthest away.

All the front desk hotel staff were very responsive, efficient, and supportive. Breakfast was excellent, but expensive and was in addition to the cost of the room. The one thing lacking was having a simple restaurant on site throughout the day, (which I believe they had before COVID) as there was no restaurant within easy walking distance, and making arrangements for an evening meal was always away from the hotel, requiring a taxi both ways. Regular taxis in Rotterdam were unreliable, even when specifically called, except if the hotel itself called on our behalf. It appears that most people now use ride services (ex. Uber) The hotel is too distant from the main tourist areas to walk, but it is close to public transport, which the staff were willing to explain if you chose to use it.

The absence of an onsite food facility, even just offering some simple food items, but they did have a bar.
