The location was perfect for me, within walking distance from my office. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to try the breakfast. My room was bigger than expected, though very comfy. It was like a home away from home.

The entrance steps need to be improved. It made the Hotel to look a bit unkempt. And also to improve the room lighting. Otherwise every other thing was good.

Hotel Pistache is a really good accommodation facility very close to Hague's city center. Located only a few metres away from the Peace Palace, it also has easy access to tram and bus stations both to the city center and also to the beach. We stayed in an apartment-like suite, which had a bedroom and a separate room with most facilities you would need for short traveling. I did not find it noisy, the tram does pass below the apartment but honestly it becomes unnoticeable. The staff greeted us with caramels and a nice greeting message. They were also very responsive over the phone. We had our trash bin thrown every day and our towels changed mid-stay (with our approval). I recommend this stay as I also found it quite affordable for group traveling.

The only drawback I would mention is that the building does not have the best isolation and it gets cold during the day, and during night I noticed the heaters would also get dimmed. We had extra electrical heaters at our disposal but if it's very cold outside their power is not enough to heat such a big room.

Very new and modern apartment. Self check in is easy. Location is about 15 minute walking distance from city center. There is also a tram stop nearby (2 min walks). Room is spacious, bed is so comfort even the sofa bed, bathroom is new and also so big (3rd Floor). Our room has a balcony, so is nice to sit outside to see around. Parking space is just in front of the Building.

Unfortunately they don’t have elevator.

Spacious and bright apartment on the top floor Very convenient, yet quiet location in an upscale neighbourhood, with view of the street and the Peace Palace. Tram stop (Line 1) within 1 minute walk, supermarket within 5 minutes. Everything is reachable with public transport, it's a perfect alternative to hotels in Amsterdam. Easy access with digital key Very clean I can definitely recommend, great value for the price!

It could be more "flat surface" to put my stuff on, and a bigger cabinet, chest of drawers, etc. for clothes The lighting could be more bright, and could be a few reading lights as well

Location is very close to city center. Parking in front of hotel. And the people made it even sweeter, by offering the free parking for my stay. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Its not about the hotel itself, but Booking.Com did not show the charges correctly for the children. Had to pay 100 euro more than the charges shown on the website. Wasn't possible to change or book another accomodation as travel date was close.

The hotel is perfect and everything is honest and good. Bed super comfy, all very clean, shower great, easy check in online when talking to the hotel, they are super nice.

During the hot months it becomes really hot, despite the fan provided that is not always enough,.so if you travel in summer and suffer the heat you should know.

When we arrived the parking we had booked was not availble, however the hosts were very responsive and offered to refund that day's parking fee. The following days, the issue was fixed, so in the end all was well!

From the very beginning, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. The room itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and with a great shower. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the city centre, while still offering parking right in front of the hotel with a reservation.

Cool looking building, nice old features. Bus and tram stop nearby. Super grandly staf! Could drop our luggage of pre check in. Digital and analog key cart. Nice balcony and view of the Vredespaleis.

Fore me and my son no problem all the stairs but fore my mother it was a bit of a hassle.

Everything was as described with this accommodation. It was in a good location (approx. 10-15 min walk from the centre of The Hague), the room was a nice size with everything we needed for three days in The Hague. The hosts were contactable / responsive to messages, there was parking outside the accommodation (free between 5pm and 9am) and the facilities were good (good shower, decent enough cooking area, comfy bed / sofa bed, etc.). I would have no problem recommending this place to friends / family.
