Location and it was nicely presented.

Just one thing really, it’s a shame that all the staff from front of house to the housekeeping, were most helpful and accommodating and sincere, but there is always one who lets the team down. The lady in the breakfast room was not helpful, not happy, unhelpful in any way, miserable comes to mind and abrupt. A simple request….may I have a fried egg? Answer…NO…with I would say attitude…curt and unpleasant…all I wanted was a fried egg. The breakfast was poor.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's just a few minutes walk from the train station and only a short walk into the centre of Maastricht. It's very close to a very good selection of shops and restaurants. The staff are polite, very helpful and make you feel very welcome. Having breakfast served until 10:30 am very helpful, especially after having a few very late nights !! The rooms are kept very clean and are very spacious. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

It would be helpful if the room had a larger wardrobe !!

The staff were wonderful, even volunteering to fix a flickering lightbulb in the bathroom! The room was well provisioned and the fridge was well appreciated, a coffee machine and free coffee capsules was also greatly appreciated. I also thought the cleaning policy (not every day) was a great idea! The gym even has some modest provision for weights which I made use of. The location is very convenient, close to the central train station.

I didn't have a single complaint while I was there, but being picky.. The room (1st floor) looked out on to the street where there is student accommodation, part of the charm but it could get a little rowdy, though nothing that stopped me from sleeping. I also found the room lighting a bit dim, but this is in keeping with being eco-conscious so ok!

Already stayed in this hotel before and when I mentioned this my room got upgraded to accommodate a more romantic couple trip. Again a wonderful trip, the breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, the bathtub was big enough for 2 people and made for nice romantic evenings.

The floor had some dirty spots here and there, nothing too crazy. Also one night the digital key didn't work so we had to ask a physical one, but also nothing that really worsened our overall experience.

The location was excellent near the station and car park for an easy arrival. The room we had was very large and had good facilities. The breakfast was very good.

The room was only refreshed once in 4 nights. It was not a problem as such but felt more of a cost cutting measure than environmental protection measure. This is happening more often in hotels. So the value for money rating suffers.

The location is brilliant- a short walk from the railway station and a short walk to the old city centre - located in a very nice neighbourhood. The hotel was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The room (a superior room) was very spacious but the layout with the open bathroom between the sleeping area and the sitting area is very odd. The room doesn't function nearly as well as it could. We knew about the open bathroom which did not bother us but were surprised at how much it adversely affected functionality.

The hotel requires guests to actively opt in to daily housekeeping but unfortunately we were not advised of this on checking in and failed to notice the tiny card in our room advising us of the arrangement. We were therefore very surprised to come back from a day out to find the bed unmade, the room uncleaned, tea and coffee supplies not replenished and wet towels in the bathroom. We made a quick trip back down to reception and were immediately given a bag of clean towels Which they had sores at the desk. This appears to be a frequent occurrence. It would help if the housekeeping arrangement was much more upfront. The digital key system did not work but this was not a problem as we just used the card access.

The room was spacious and clean. It was charming that the shower was separated from the rest of the room by a colorful glass wall. It was a bit unusual that the sink was also placed in the main open area, but it wasn’t disturbing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a generous variety.

Unfortunately, the shower gel wasn’t refilled, but apart from that, everything else was impeccable.

The location is excellent, situated right next to the central station and very close to the city center, making everything within walking distance. The staff was extremely kind, and the breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed the local vlaai after arriving in our room, and the complimentary wine was a lovely way to conclude our day. The room itself was very pleasant. I will definitely chose the same hotel for our next visit.

Great location next to train station and a few minutes walk from old town. Was nice and quiet at night, and all the amenities were great. Fridge in room worked well and AC was more than adequate

We loved the whole place, only comment would be that the "see-through" bathroom doors might make some uncomfortable :D, but we were not that botheres

When we walked in the room we were blown away by how big and nice the room looked. We definitely made sure to use all the available facilities (big bath, bed, TV, etc.) and we were really pleased with how everything was. The breakfast was also really nice and tasty.

The bed was a little creaky when turning over in it. The room also wasn't ready even when we arrived at the time stated for check-in, and we had to find half-an-hour to kill in the city. Lastly, in the morning, we could very clearly hear (presumably?) our neighbours. Like metal clanking every couple minutes.
