We found the hotel easily and directions on site were clear. We were able to park easily in the large car park. The check in process was straightforward with a friendly helpful receptionist. We found our room easily, It was clean and welcoming. We especially liked being able to open a window. The bathroom was similarly clean and more spacious than we were expecting. It was good to be able to freshen up with a shower after a long drive. The supplied bathroom products were lovely. Drinks in the bar and a super evening meal were served by friendly staff. We had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed then made a leisurely start to the day. An excellent breakfast with hot food which really was hot (not always the case with buffet breakfasts). Checkout was easily accomplished with no problems and we got out of the car park without difficulty (again, not always the case elsewhere).

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was great. If we've got to find a fault we could say it would have been nice to have a TV channel available in English. But for us this was no big deal.

The receptionists and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is usually a sign of a happy work environment. The rooms are typical hotel rooms, but nicely decorated. The food was very good, the breakfasts excellent. I have left another review, and have not changed my mind about the positive experience we had here. The location is on the edge of the town (probably a little too far to walk into town and back) and was quiet and peaceful. Overall a very positive experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. As requested I got a quiet room which was very bright with two Velux windows which you could open to let air in. (There was also air conditioning) Spacious room with a nice feel to it. The bathroom was very good, too. Breakfast had lots of choices. Location is good for travelling through as it is near the highway but in a quiet area. It is just minutes away from Zwolle centre and other areas to explore. Staff are very good with children as seen on various occasions.

Parking is enclosed but costs Euro 7. Overall the price for a single room is a bit high. (Euro 139,-)

Easy to access, plenty of parking space. Modern spacious lobby, bar and restaurant area. Friendly staff. Room clean, decent selection of tv channels. Wifi good enough for streaming ok. Overall impression was that it was quiet, no noises from elsewhere, pipes etc. Aircon efficient. Shower pressure good.

Breakfast fare was very good and good selection. Evening meal was also good and staff most pleasant and helpful. Found bar staff in evening very good. All in all a pleasant stay.

We had single beds and these were very small and could have been wider.

Lovely location and cozy rooms

The hotel was outside of Zwolle in the middle of the fields - lovely view in the morning onto meadows and cows, an apple tree in front of my window. I could rent a bike (from the hotel) at a good price (12.50 a day) and cycled to my meeting and to and from Zwolle. What a Dutch way to start (and end) your day! The room was regular in size, with a desk (I did use), good enough desk lamps, a small fridge, and a tea kettle with packages for making tea and coffee. The staff generally was very friendly and supportive. The bed was okay.

The room/bathroom had a strange smell, (moldy?); since it was warm, I left the window open almost all the time. The night staff was friendly but did not seem super-competent (or communicative). I ended up sorting things up with the regular day staff (which was terrific) The location - it depends on what you want, but after having been in Zwolle, I am not sure whether I would not have rather taken a hotel more in the center. (But everything is very close together, and I felt safe cycling at night.)

We booked hotel as we couldn't get to our destination due to road closures and travelling with children. Hotel looked suitable, we were not disappointed. Staff were very helpful and polite, room was very comfortable and breakfast was a real treat.

The hotel was clean and had good value for money! It was a short ten minute cycle into town. There was a great breakfast buffet with a lovely view to the fields.Thank you for a lovely stay!

Good location for Zwolle visit, even if outside center (car needed). Good bed and shower.
