The location of the hotel is very close to public transportation, but we preferred to walk. We were able to go to many locations on foot for 15-20 minutes. From the airport, you get off the S7 train and the Vienna train station from the O tram and walk for 3-4 minutes. There is a small shopping center and lidl market where you can have breakfast and grocery shopping 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. Employees are very caring and helpful. The size of the room was very good for a family with a baby like us. There is a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. A little old but clean hotel. We left our luggage in custody on the day of departure, we had no problems. Thanks Nh hotel

There's nothing I don't like

Location is excellent with easy public transport connections in all directions - centre, airport, main station. Beautiful building, lovely rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. Aircon worked a treat when we were there during the 37C summer week. This hotel was recommended by friends who stay in Vienna on a regular basis and it did not disappoint!

What’s not to like? It was all lovely.

That’s not the first time I stay at this hotel for the last 10 years. It’s very consistent and keeps its standards. The staff is professional and friendly, everything is very clean, the rooms are relatively big and it’s a good value for money. The hotel looks nice, it’s located in a renovated historic building in a lovely and safe district. The 1st district is just in a 25 mins walk, Belvedere - 2 mins walks, Stadt Park - 15 mins walk. There’s a tram stop almost in front of it and a train station is around the corner (so, it’s easy to get to/from airport).

I’m not sure it fits someone who came to Vienna for the first time and wants to be in the center of everything. As you still need to use a tram or to walk to Innerstadt for around 25 mins. Anyway, it’s a pleasant walk as this part of Vienna looks lovely. The internet connection might be better. The breakfast is a bit pricey. There are better options for this or even lower price in the city.

Location is good, near an underground and walkable to the centre. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options. They let us store our luggage for a while as we arrived before check-in was open.

Very nice, comfortable and functional hotel. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Our room was on the first floor, facing the street, which forced us to have the curtains fully shut all the time, otherwise we would be fully visible from the outside. We asked to be moved and got a different room, on a higher floor, the next day. The hotel was fully booked, so they could accommodate us only the next day, but the staff was very nice about it.

good location, near to public transport. Room was spacious, bright, clean. Staff were helpful. It was a nice touch to provide complimentary drinks for guests who choose to opt out of everyday room cleaning in support of sustainability.

Nothing really - but the room we stayed in had a few light fixtures that weren't working, TV remote did not work. Maybe it would have been addressed, if we had let the staff know - but it wasn't really anything major for us to complain about.

I'll start with the fact that if you stay at NH Wien Belvedere, you'll have the amazing opportunity to stay at a magnificent building that dates back to 1888. I particularly liked that the unique atmosphere and charm of the building has been preserved. It's super close to public transport stops, the Belvedere palace and the centre of Vienna. Besides that, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay. The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful.

It would've been nice to have breakfast included in the price, as the breakfast would've cost us almost as much as the rooms themselves.

Nice building with an interesting history. Nicely located near Belvedere and Botanical Gardens. Very near to Rennweg station and also main station is not far. Wellness area with two saunas (steam and finnish). Nice staff. Small self-service shop in the hotel.

Really very minor criticism: I actually checked in online beforehand and to my surprise it still took longer to check in at the main desk than in other hotels without prior online check in. Also I could choose for a room during online check in, but received another one at the main desk. Which is fine to me; i did not remember the room I chose anyway.

Very elegant and spacious room with lots of light in a historical building. Convenient location close to the S-Bahn. Two free bottles of water, espresso machine and welcome snack. The right balance between pampering the guest and not putting too many frills and gadgets.

The breakfast was very good overall, but some small things could be improved (no oats, coffee quality so so).

Our room and bathroom were very spacious, the beds comfortable and the room was quiet. Hotel has a great location with the Botanical Garden and Belvedere Park located just behind it, there are trams that run into the city centre outside, the train station to the airport and other destinations a 5 minutes walk away, as well as shops and cafes nearby.

The position of the shower over the bath was a little awkward and we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as we felt it was a bit expensive.
